This cozy 3 bedroom cabin is tastefully decorated with roosters and a nautical theme that makes for a wonderful vacation getaway. This rustic cabin backs up to the Daniel Boone Forest, you'll love the seclusion and privacy. The warm hardwood floors and comfy bedding takes this cabin a step up from many.
Sit on the front porch with your morning coffee and enjoy the mountainous view and the sounds of the creek below. Just bring your food & beverages of choice, linens, a fully equipped kitchen and start-up paper goods are provided. Amenities include a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, range, washer & dryer, BBQ grill, pack & play, children's movies, games and a rocking horse. Take advantage of the 3 community swimming pools within the gated Lake Cumberland Resort, however this cabin is not associated with the LCR rental office.
Hike into the Daniel Boone National Forest located next to the resort. Also available are 5 public golf courses, one is within a 15 minute drive. Lake Cumberland has over 1,200 miles of shoreline and the boating and fishing are awesome. Area attractions include horseback riding, Cumberland Falls (45 minute drive), Haney’s Appledale farm, Drive-in Theater, Mill Springs Battlefield Park, Big South Fork recreation area and Big South Fork scenic railway, Somernites Cruise Car Show and Somersplash Water Park. Located within two hours’ drive are many attractions such as Mammoth Cave, Lexington horse farms, Kentucky Down Under. Lee's Ford Marina offers a full bar & excellent restaurant and will take care of all your boating needs, 30 minute drive.
This unit subject to tourism taxes and one time cleaning fee $80.00. Weeks are counted as 6 nights check out on the 7th day. CANCELLATION POLICY. All cancellations made before 30 days of the Arrival Date will result in a forfeiture of one-half of the rental amount as well as all of the Security Deposit paid to Lessor. All cancellations made within 30 days of the Arrival Date will result in a total forfeiture of the rental amount and Security Deposit paid to the Lessor.
