Many upgrades including cove molding throughout, tile, lush carpet, and 6 panel doors provide an added feeling of staying in a high quality condo! Whether you are coming to work or play, this condo is also equipped with Wi-Fi access. We have been vacationing here for quite some time and can never get over how beautiful it is! We finally decided we wanted to enjoy it more often and share it with friends and family. So we purchased in this great low density complex!

There is a community room on the first floor that has work-out machines, a library, an ice machine and is available for renters. The room may be rented out for small gatherings also.

we have been visiting gulf shores for over 15 summers and this was by far our favorite condo! it was like we had come home. beautiful, clean, quite, plenty of room, not over crowded like the other places we stayed. the pictures didn't do it justice! can't wait to stay here again next time!

Our week was extremely relaxing. The condo was great! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with pans, utensils, cookie sheets, etc. to give us options of cooking if we desired. It was plenty spacious enough for our clan of 6 adults. The master king bed was very comfortable and the twin beds in the other bedroom were nice too. It had 2 couches that converted to beds so we had plenty of sleeping options! It is located in a central location so it is close to everything. We especially enjoyed the enclosed balcony. It was EXTREMELY hot and humid during our stay (first week of August) so having the enclosed balcony was a life-saver for us. My older teenage kids were able to do their beach thing while I enjoyed the view from the air-conditioned condo! The view from the 12th floor was spectacular. We enjoyed watching the dolphins daily without having to leave the comfort of the condo. It was a great week and we hope to come back to your condo again soon! Hopefully next time we can visit in the spring or fall when it is a little bit cooler!!

From the moment that we walked into the condo, we knew that we loved it. And, three days later we knew we wanted to come back the following year. This condo is everything that you want it to be. The bed in the master bedroom is one of the most comfortable we’ve ever had, the linens are of high quality, the kitchen is very well appointed, and the furniture is as comfortable as it looks in the pictures. We especially liked the enclosed balcony and spent most of our time there. You won’t find anyone easier work with than Jackie for all of your needs while you’re at the condo. The location is close to everything and everywhere that you might want to visit. It’s right on the beach, is a corner unit, and has great views from every window. We highly recommend this building and this particular condo.

This was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. It was roomy, clean, and looked exactly as the listing and photos portrayed. The location was perfect, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable was provided in the condo. The contact person handling the property was very courteous and helpful. We plan to come back here next time we come to Gulf Shores. We were very pleased! We would highly recommend this condo to our friends and relatives.

What a lovely condo! The enclosed balcony was perfect for enjoying the beautiful ocean views on cooler days and nights. This condo has everything needed for cooking and entertaining. The location is very convenient. We hope to visit again next February.
