Our White Sands Village condo is the perfect home base for your Hawaiian vacation with all the comforts of home. This unit is the largest in the complex with approx. 1450 sq ft including 416 sq ft. of wrap around lanai. Across the street from White Sands Beach a premier boogie boarding beach which attracts swimmers and snorkelers alike. White Sands beach amenities inlcude staffed lifeguard tower, volleyball net, bathrooms and white sand to relax and catch the sun. Just 1 mile to Kahalu'u State Park (Snorkel Beach), view hundreds of species of tropical fish and giant green sea turtles in protected calm waters (no waves). If you're a golfer, the Kona Country Club is located two miles away and you can choose from one of two 18-hole courses.
The large wrap around lanai has plenty of lounge chairs and a dining table to enjoy your relaxing days. Ceiling fans in bedrooms, livingroom and lanai keep you cool along with full house air conditioning. Pool, spa, tennis courts, game room, covered cabana with 4 barbecue grills and picnic area. Provided for guests are beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, tennis rackets and volley ball, no need to buy or bring.

Getting closer to retirement and Kona is a place I have been dreaming about having a retirement home and vacation home for our family to do our yearly vacations.

The 2 bedroom condo is 1030 sq ft with additional 416 sq ft of covered lanai, total unit 1446 sq ft of living area. A very comfortable home away from home with beach across street and snorkeling beach 1 mile (20 min walk). There is free shuttle bus and city buses to use to access local areas and stores.
