The Pine House is a wonderful Tahoe vacation cottage.
After walking through the picket fence you enter the main level of the home which consists of the living room with leather couch and chair, dining area, kitchen, bath - (tub/shower), and one bedroom (double bed).
Upstairs there are two bedrooms - 1 offers a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 singles.
This home is fully equipped with dishes, pots/pans, great linens, towels - just about everything except your food!
The brick fireplace, log beds, down comforters, knotty-pine walls, and fun "Tahoe" decor combine to make this little cottage a lovely vacation home-away-from-home.
There's even a bed for your doggie family member and usually a ball or two.
The Tahoe Park Homeowners Association offers a wonderful private/ gated homeowners area which consists of clean pebbly/sandy beach, 2 piers, lawn areas, picnic tables, BBQ's, play area, horseshoe pit and volleyball court for members only. This is about a 2 1/2-3 blocks easy walk from the house.
Just a short distance away you have your pick of great restaurants such as - Sunnyside, Firesign Cafe, Tahoe House, West Shore Cafe - and in Tahoe City your options are almost overwhelming!
