Perfect for the lake enthusiast and available year round. Owner is a licensed broker for GA and SC and can be available to show lake property on Lake Hartwell or Lake Keowee.

This darling cottage was the picture perfect place for our girls getaway! The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, warm and inviting. I cannot wait to go back and to take my family with me. What a gem! This is the kind of place you don't want to tell anyone about because you want to keep it all to yourself....but Susan is so great that you have to share her beautiful cottage. What a great get away. Naps on the porch, walks to the dock, boat rides (rented) and did I mention naps?! It was just perfect. Thanks for a lovely time!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This cottage was perfect for our family get-away over the 4th, it is obvious that Susan put her heart and soul into making sure that her guests have everything they need during their stay. The decor is charming and provided much needed serenity and rest for us. The master bedroom and bath were phenomenal and oh-so-comfortable. We enjoyed the dock and being able to have our boat and wave runner so close and convenient. I can't say enough about the back porch, along with rockers and hammock overlooking the lake, we spent many hours out there just relaxing and enjoying the view. Susan was such a pleasure to work with and she paid attention to every detail to insure our comfort. We would love to stay here again and hopefully spend more time on our next visit.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a beautiful cottage. There is great detail in the finishing touches - comfortable beds, high quality linens, lovely furnishings. The master bedroom suite is fabulous. The walk to the water is easy and level, and the grounds are perfectly kept. The cottage is easy to access from the interstate, and abundant shopping in Anderson is not far away. We loved this Hartwell property.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This lake cottage made for a wonderful family weekend. Everything we needed was there and the decor was fun. We were able to put our boat in at a ramp right down the road from the cottage and pull it right up to the dock. We enjoyed playing frisbee and ladder golf in the grassy back yard. I spent the mornings in the glider on the lovely back porch. My adult daughter loved the hammock. There is a gorgeous view of the lake from the master bedroom. Can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

A beautiful lake house with all the amenities. Clean, cozy and ultra comfortable...Only a two minute walk to the dock. Hammock on the large back porch,where one can relax and listen to music or read a good book. All of this while looking out over Lake Hartwell. Fabulous master bedroom suite complete with a large garden tub. Very comfortable bed and all around quiet, serene surroundings. Easy access off the interstate on Exit 4. We highly recomend and will return often.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family has enjoyed the pleasure of staying at this wonderful cottage on several occasions. It's cozy comfort and charm make for a true tranquil and relaxing getaway. With the convenience of the lake at it's doorstep and a place to dock the boat on the property, a swim or boat ride is not just an idea, but an instant reality. About the owner: My husband and I are crazy about Lake Hartwell. We have found this to be a great place to spend quality time with our kids with few distractions. Boating is our passion, especially sunset pontoon cruises. (Owner is a licensed real estate broker for Georgia and South Carolina)

Originally from Atlanta, I was looking for a vacation home on the water that was convenient and less crowded that Lake Lanier. This location is near I-85 @ exit 4 and very convenient to Atlanta, Clemson, Seneca, Anderson, and downtown Greenville.
