  EVERY YEAR OUR WHOLE CLAM OF 15 FAMILY MEMBERS GET TOGETHER FOR A FAMILY REUNION. THIS UNIT FIT EVERYONE COMFORTABLY. WE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME. KIM WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. THE OWNERS EVEN STOPPED BY TO CHECK ON US AND BROUGHT EXTRA TOWELS AND EXTRA DISHES AND CUPS SINCE OUR FAMILY WAS SO LARGE. I THINK THE OWNERS SHOULD ALSO MENTION THE FACT THAT THIS IS A CORNER UNIT SO THE LOCATION AND HUGE SQUARE FOOTAGE FROM THIS OUTSIDE PATIO FULLY SERVED OUR ENTIRE CLAN. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT, THE ACCOMMODATIONS WERE PERFECT (4 BEDROOMS AND 4 BATHROOMS), AND THE HUGE PATIO DECK WAS PERFECT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! WE ARE DEFINITELY COMING BACK AGAIN.

  When we opened the door to the condo I think we were all pleasantly surprised. It was so much more than what I expected or even hoped for! It was SO spacious and beautiful and the views were amazing. For the price, I can't imagine anything better. We will be staying there again for sure.

  My family and I stayed at this condo during the Christmas season. We saw a lot of dolphins playing in the water and enjoyed many sunset views from this amazing deck. We have already booked another vacation at this condo and our kids are very excited about coming back during the summer time!

  I should have known it was going to be a bad experience when the door pass code didn't work when we got there. Rental person didn't call me back with a good code for close to an hour after I called her to tell her it didn't work. Upon opening the door I found a dirty condo that was in need of a good deep cleaning... We're talking about black mold under the couch, not a spot but a 12 x 18 patch! The base boards had a thick coating of dirt on them. Missing bedding, broken beds, dressers missing knobs, pipes that made a hammering noise when you turned the water on, the couch was so old and broken down that they had stacks of cardboard under the cushions so they wouldn't fall into the bottom of the couch. The refrigerator had big dents in the front, the coils on the stove we're bent down so when you tried to cook, everything ran to one side of the pan. The master bed room shower curtain was all full of mold and most of the ringlets that held it in place were ripped thru. Most of the furniture looks as if it was bought at a yard sale of goodwill (NOT JOKING I'M BEING SERIOUS) The cover table had a large chip about 7" long that had masking tape on it to protect someone from being cut. HERE'S THE GOOD PART.... WHEN I CALLED TO ASK WHY MY DEPOSIT HAD NOT BEEN SENT BACK, I WAS TOLD THAT I DAMAGED ONE OF THE BEDS, BROKE A GLASS BOWL AND RIPPED THE COUCH and they were keeping it. The bed was broke when I got there, I never seen a glass bowl in the condo and the couch had numerous rips in it when we got there. I HOPE THEY USE MY MONEY TO GOTO THE GOODWILL OR SALVATION ARMY AND GET SOME MORE FURNITURE!!! IF YOU DON'T HEED MY WARNING... I GUESS I CAN SAY I TOLD YOU SO!!! You can be the next sucker writing a horrible review right next to mine. BTW The person I dealt with was named Kim.

  Owner response: Dear Greg, I’m so sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. That was truly not our intention. We really appreciate your feedback and hope you do give us the chance to make it right. I would like to take this chance to comment on your points…. 1.We apologize for not giving you the correct code. The code is changed after a previous guest leaves to protect and insure the security of new guests arriving and apparently the new code was not sent to you in a timely manner. We apologize for our mistake and have addressed this problem by giving our guest housekeeping services phone number in case there is a problem with the code. Thank you for mentioning this and we assure you that we have taken the steps to make sure this does not happen again. 2.Regarding the cleanliness and bedding of the unit – Our housekeeper has been cleaning many condos in Panama City Beach and takes great pride in her work. We apologize if you felt it was not clean to your satisfaction and would have definitely called her back to reclean the unit had you informed us as soon as you arrived. 3.Regarding the return of your deposit – We have pictures taken by our housekeeper that clearly show a broken couch, broken bed, and broken glass vase. She has never seen damages like that in the condo and immediately took pictures to send us. For this reason, we have not returned your $200 deposit. To be honest, it had cost us much more to fix the beds and sofa that was broken but did not charge you the difference. Please know that we take your comments very seriously and would have done everything we can to have made your stay an enjoyable one. I do hope you don’t judge our condo rental by this one experience as we have strived to satisfy all our guests concerns as evidenced by our past guest reviews. Kind Regards, Kim

  We stayed here for 2 months and it was horrific. There is a problem with noise in the condo 24 hours a day, every day and it's unremitting.The owner and her son's girlfriend who lease this property are fully aware of this and have had this problem since purchasing (I have written confirmation of this from owner and girlfriend) but did not tell us when we rented and did not take our distress into consideration.The furniture I would think was purchased in a thrift shop, the beds are the most uncomfortable we ever tried to sleep in and the balcony gets no sun with a concrete overhanging canopy---avoid this most awful condo.Please ask them if noise has been resolved, if the quality of the furniture and fittings has been updated and if the hot tub works (it was out of order 4 weeks of our stay!). Avoid is our advice---this is an honest review and is not sour grapes---we just feel why should anyone else be subjected to such distress on a well earned vacation!

  This condo was absolutely awesome! We had another family with us and we had plenty of room. The balcony is huge with plenty of seating. Very convenient and easy access to the beach. The pool is partly indoors and partly outdoors which is great when you come in from a hot day at the beach. The keyless entry was very convenient since we all were coming and going at different times. It made me a little nervous when we didn't get the code until the day we arrived, but she called as soon as the room was cleaned exactly as she said she would. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely rent this condo again next year!

  We were in Panama for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival and could not have asked for more luxury accommodations than this Condo; it was excellent for 4 couples . We loved the Huge Balcony with the Ocean Front views the most; and the beach access. It was great having four baths. It was also close to dining and shopping. We will definitely try and rebook this for next year and maybe stay a day longer. The Owner was great to work with and the price was very reasonable. The listing and pictures were exact; Condo was very clean.

  My whoe family (grandmother, aunt, uncle, nieces and nephews) stayed here and we had a really great time! The condo was excellent for 4 different families. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and we were all very comfortable in this beautiful 4 bedroom/4 bathroom condo. The best thing was the deck! It is the biggest beachfront deck I have ever been to. Plus the patio furniture was just beautiful! The views from this beach front condo and the huge deck were amazing.especially for dinner time. I highly recommend this condo for families who want to get together and have a great time!
