Relax while enjoying the exceptional views from our 436 square foot balcony, one of the largest at the Tropic Winds Resort. This end corner unit (open West end) is on the 5TH FLOOR and offers perfect views of both sunrise and sunset. We have two master bedrooms that bracket the living room facing the beach and both directly access the oversized balcony.
Tropic Winds is the newest Gulf Front condominium development right on the beach and is approximately 12 miles from the new International Airport. This complex offers an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. Guests are also provided an assigned covered parking space in the building within 30’ of the elevator. Additional unassigned parking is provided across the street in a covered/open ramp.
Our spacious unit totals 1747 sq ft. There is one king size bed and one queen size bed in the two beach front master suites, 2 full size beds in the 3rd bedroom, another queen size bed in the 4th bedroom plus a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit will comfortably sleep 10-12 people. All bedrooms have it's own private bathroom along with a TV in every bedroom.
Our condo operates with a keyless entry system. No wasting time checking in at the front desk. Once you arrive just come on in and let your luxury vacation begin. There is also free wireless internet service provided.
The dining area provides seating for 6 as well as 4 bar stools at the breakfast counter. The well appointed kitchen is equipped with Granite countertops and all NEW stainless steel appliances. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. A queen-sized sleeper sofa/chaise lounge and accent chair in the living room allows for TV/DVD/VHS viewing on the large screen flat TV. The oversized balcony (10 x 44 sq ft) is furnished with a table and 6 chairs, love seat, and coffee table, and 2 lounge chairss.
Nearby activities include golf courses, deep sea fishing, water sports, tourist attractions, and a wide variety of dining opportunities. Location, Location, Location….Tropic Winds is on the west end of the beach which is quieter and family friendly yet close to all the major attractions. It is also only minutes west of Pier Park, the new huge shopping/dining/entertainment complex in Panama City Beach.

Why the Owner Chose Tropic WindsWe wanted to buy a property right on the beach and this was large enough to cover our family and friends visiting.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoIt is a brand new condominium complex and near to the airport as well as the famous pier park. It does not have many units sold yet so it is a quiet and peaceful location. The elevators move very fast and quick unlike other condos and there is lots of parking. You do not have to walk far to get to the condo after you park. It is also a very large corner unit and you can see unobstructed views of the ocean right in your living room, deck and bedrooms.

We were in Panama for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival and could not have asked for more luxury accommodations than this Condo; it was excellent for 4 couples . We loved the Huge Balcony with the Ocean Front views the most; and the beach access. It was great having four baths. It was also close to dining and shopping. We will definitely try and rebook this for next year and maybe stay a day longer. The Owner was great to work with and the price was very reasonable. The listing and pictures were exact; Condo was very clean.

My whoe family (grandmother, aunt, uncle, nieces and nephews) stayed here and we had a really great time! The condo was excellent for 4 different families. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and we were all very comfortable in this beautiful 4 bedroom/4 bathroom condo. The best thing was the deck! It is the biggest beachfront deck I have ever been to. Plus the patio furniture was just beautiful! The views from this beach front condo and the huge deck were amazing.especially for dinner time. I highly recommend this condo for families who want to get together and have a great time!

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend and simply feel in love with this place. Breath taking as soon as you walk in the door. First class all the way. The owner spared no expense in making this place as accomodating as possible. Each room has it's own bathroom, great open dining area, very nice kitchen and the scenary is simply breath taking looking out the window. Best of all the balcony area is enormous with a view that is to die for overlooking the beach. We really enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings and evenings watching the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. You will not be dissappointed staying here.

This condo was great. When sitting out on the huge balcony it felt like we were sitting right on the beach. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room. We ate most of our meals outside on the balcony! We will defininately stay there again the next time our vacation spot of choice is Panama City Beach. The owner was very helpful and responded very promptly to any questions we had. The condo was very clean upon our arrival. The photos do not do it justice it is a beautiful condo in a great location.

This condo was exactly as it said it was!!! We loved it!! It was big enough for our 3 families that went and all of our children!! As soon as we walked in we were ready to reserve it for the next time we come to Panama! The photos did not do this place justice!! The balcony was big enough to through a football back and forth!! I would suggest this place to all of my friends and family!! The owner was very nice and helpful in any questions I had. You are very close to shopping, eating and anything thing else you would like to do. We will most certainly be coming back here for our next vacation!!!

We loved this condo! It was roomy enough for 3 families, including four rambunctious children. Each bedroom has it own bathroom -- which is a huge bonus with us. It was clean and nicely decorated. The shower in the king bed room did make a horrific noise, but we found with a little adjustment it went away. It was really quiet - even being on the lowest floor. The view was wonderful and the area of the beach where this building is located was much less crowded than the areas about a half mile on either side of it. We had a wonderful time!!
