Newly remodeled! This condo is actually TWO individual 1 bedroom condos with a connecting door between the units. Each condo is equipped with a full Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Bathroom, Bedroom with new KING SIZE BEDS, and Balcony. Keystone Resorts recently added an 8 passenger, high speed gondola just outside our building. Park in the heated garage near the elevator to your condo. Dozens of shops, restaurants and nightspots are only steps away. Lobby recreation areas include Flat Screen TV, lounge, outdoor BBQ, Fire Pit, Fitness Room, hot tubs and heated pool. This is considered Keystone Resort's premier location.

This condo has earned Keystone Resort's highest "VIP Rating". Located in Blackbear Lodge on the second floor, it has a great view of Keystone mountain and the gondola just below. Take the elevator to the first floor to visit ski rental, tickets, ski school and the Keystone Children's Center for daycare. Starbucks, dozens of shops, reading cafes, restaurants and nightspots are also in the village.
Jackpine and Blackbear are the closest buildings to the new eight passenger gondola ... a short 20 yard walk ... 2307 vertical rise and less than 12 minutes to the top.

Dercum Square Ice Rink: This new 7,200-square-foot rink in River Run offers day and night skating along to music piped in from an overhead sound system. All skating is free, with the only exception being if you rent skates at the rink. And when it’s time for a break, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is steps from the rink for hot drinks and 300 varieties of handmade chocolates and confections.
Camp Keystone: Children ages 3-14 are welcomed with open arms at Keystone Ski & Ride School’s Camp Keystone. This new and exciting take on Ski & Ride School features theme days, new kid friendly learning areas, and best of all students that book for three or more days are guaranteed to have the same instructor. With a simplified check-in process children will be engaged on every level with goodies, a comfortable learning environment, friends, and memories that will last a lifetime.
The Keystone Kidtopia Snow Fort: As part of Keystone’s Kidtopia programming you can bring the whole family to the top of Dercum Mountain to play on the Snow Fort. Play in a maze, sit on the Kidtopia throne, climb atop snowy towers and much more. This unique playground is open as late as the lifts.
Kidtopia Family Weekends: During peak family vacation periods throughout the winter, Keystone Resort is offering family activities throughout the week or weekend with special activities designed just for families, including movie night in the village, live entertainment, interactive arts and crafts, family dining and more. After skiing at several resorts, we found River Run Village to have everything we need & more in a ski vacation. Our children grew up learning to ski in Keystone Resort’s fantastic children’s programs and now they travel here with their spouses and children.

We love the year-round warm weather in Tampa and the winter sports and summer festivals in Colorado, so we have 3 furnished condos at Keystone Resort's River Run Village and 3 furnished homes in Tampa FL. These condos are right in the River Run complex, very handy to the restaurants and shops. Furnishings are very comfortable and the two units were great for us to share with another couple since there was ample room to be together as well as privacy for each couple. There were a couple of minor issues (coffee pot, hair dryer) that the guest services people promptly remedied. We'll definitely consider staying there again on our next trip to that area.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had another fabulous vacation at Keystone, in large part thanks to your condo, Kim & Jim! Having our son use the living room of one condo as his bedroom essentially turned this combined 2-bedroom condo into a 3-bedroom condo, with all of us using the kitchen, dining room, and living room of the "mountain view" condo as our common areas. This really worked out well for us. We absolutely loved having the 2 different balconies with the distinctly different views -- one of the River Run village and the other of the slopes (River Run trail). The decorations and upgrades definitely made this unit extra special for our Christmas vacation! Coleman & Greg had great skiing conditions, while Kim & "Grandma" really enjoyed reading books by the fireplace. We've already started planning to stay in one of your condos again next year! Happy New Year, Kim & Jim!

These two adjoining units were perfect for our party of six. Had more room than we knew what to do with. Could not have been more ideally suited for our reunion of friends from around the country. Had skiers of all levels and even a non-skier. So being right there on top of everything in the village and only a few steps away from the gondola worked well for us. Not a hassle for any of us to come and go as we pleased throughout the day. Both condos were warmly decorated, nicely appointed with new appliances and electronics, very clean and well cared for. Kind of fun going out on the balconies and watching the crowds walk by on their way to/from the gondola and lift. Used the hot tub at sunset one evening. It was clean and well maintained. Appreciated the abundance of spa towels and plastic beverage cups available there. Lower level parking with keycard entrance was definitely convenient. Could not have been happier with our lodging choice.
