This 4300 sq. ft. home Charleston sytle home is spectacular and unique in every way. The four story home offers PANARAMIC VIEWS of the ocean, marsh, and tidal creek - it is truly breathtaking and paradise all in the backyard. Your family will enjoy fishing, shrimping and crabbing off the dock or canoeing around the creek - all are just steps from the back door.
As you enter the home through the front door on the 1st floor, you will find two bedrooms (king size bed in each room) with each room having it's own private bathroom. The first floor also features an ENTERTAINMENT ROOM with a bar, pool table, foosball table, basketball goal, large screen television, dvd player and a piano! You also have direct access to your own PRIVATE swimming pool and hot tub from the 1st floor deck. There is also a large neighborhood pool directly across the street too!!!! The home also has an elevator.
The second floor is where the kitchen, dining and living room are located - the view from the 2nd floor is even more amazing. Enjoy the ocean breeze from the balcony seated on the outdoor living room furniture. This floor offer two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One room has twin beds and the other has one queen bed. Each room has it's own bathroom.
The third floor includes the master bedroom suite with a king size bed, PANARAMIC VIEWS of the BEACH and OCEAN, your own balcony, saturnia and granite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, television and dvd player. There is one more bedroom (Full bed) with a private bath.
There is more. The lower level (ground level) has an outside patio with a sitting area, a swing, gas grill, and table chairs for dining out - perfect for watching the sunset! You also have access to the community pool which is loacated across the street from this home.
You are just a short walk to Chaplin Park which features 6 lighted tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball field, basketball courts and playground! Also you are close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment.
Singleton Beach is located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and Folly Field Road and centrally located to all the island's amenities.

We are full time residents of this beautiful island and have lived here since 1976. I sell real estate all over the island and Singleton Beach is one of the most unique areas on Hilton Head. Singleton Beach is where the ocean meets the folly and flows to form the tidal creek which is located in our backyard! There is no other place like this on Hilton Head. The view is one of a kind and truly breathtaking.

We have just returned from a week in this beautiful house. It has everything you could ever want or need. The owners are lovely people and very attentive to the details that make this vacation experience an exceptional one. The beds are very comfortable and the view from the master is breathtaking. We used the elevator plenty because our 80 year old parents were with us and there are steps. If you are worried about shade without a screened in porch as I was, you needn't be. There is shade somewhere on one of the porch levels at all times of the day. The access to bike paths is not far away and the walk to the beach is a very short one. Listing photos did not do the property justice. It is even better in person and very clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the Oyster Factory and Skull Creek Boat House restaurants. Loved the house and the owners!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This lovely beach home was much fun for all 3 generations of our family of 13 with grandchildren from 9 to 19. The location was truly unique with the ocean breezes and view, private dock to the tidal creek, nearby path to the beach, community pool at the end of the driveway and the closeby park with tennis courts and trails. This property is equipped with a fleet of bicyles for children and adults, canoe and a kayak for exploring the marsh and experiencing the tides, beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to carry the load. Bring your cast net for catching shrimp and sardines from the dock. Blue crabs are caught with a line or a trap. The beach is beautiful for riding the waves, hiking, biking, building sandcastles and just enjoying the sun and fellowship. House activities are equally good with the outdoor pool and hot tub deck and adjacent game room. The kitchen has everything for first class home cooking and nice serving areas. The adjacent deck is comfortable for reading and viewing the beauty of the marsh and ocean and watching the area wildlife. On the first level there is covered patio with a grill, picnic table, chairs, swing and outdoor shower. This house has it all. Really nice to rent directly from local owners who promptly answered any questions.
