There are over 20 great restaurants with in a 30 minute drive. Although your main view is the Gulf of Mexico your kitchen over looks the intercoastal waterway . Public transportation is available in front of the building if required. As with many condos on Sand Key Clearwater Beach the Building managfment reguire a minium of a 30 day rental.
