Deeded beach access is just a short walk to the end of the street over Gulf of Mexico Drive. There is also a one car garage perfect for your car or rented bikes.

This house met all of our needs... canal front, big back yard, pool, easy beach access, single story, close to shopping, close to restaurants, and world class fishing!
We believe there is no place like it in world! Longboat Key is truly a hidden treasure.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Walk out the back porch to view the bay or walk down the street to enjoy the beach. One of our favorite things is to rent recumbent bikes and ride on the bike path along Gulf of Mexico Drive or to the beach. We have been wanting to rent kayaks and padel over to the incredible sandbar close by but haven't done it yet. The Longboat Key club is an incredible golf course which is only a few miles south of our house.
Walk down Norton Street and cross Gulf of Mexico Drive to experience your deeded beach access with white sands, great shelling, and play in the aqua blue water of the Gulf
Walk to the Bike Rental shop and enjoy the wind in your hair as you ride on the bike path along Gulf of Mexico Dr. You can also rent Kayaks.
Enjoy being on the water at either restaurant as well as a wonderful, fresh meal.
A great restuarant to witness beautiful sunsets over the water. Live music most Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
Great shopping, miniature golf, and the famous Joe's Ice Cream Shop.
You can go by water or by car to enjoy panaromic views of the bay while enjoying a good meal.
Visit Mote to see the sea life in the area. The boat trip is a real interesting journey for kids and adults alike.
This is a must for your visit! Shop, eat, or visit The Met Spa. Kilwin's chocolate fudge and ice cream shop is a must as well as Columbian Restaurant.
A beautiful city park to walk and enjoy nature. Visit O'Leary's for a drink or listen to live music.
Three story dining experience. Floor 1, enjoy fresh authentic tapa dining. Floor 2, dance or have fun watching salsa dancing. Floor 3, the open air bar has a fun tiki feel while being in the middle

Try to make it to this beautiful oasis! The sandbar is full of sand dollars, crabs and sea life. We've seen many stingrays jumping and dolphins playing from here.

This property exceeded our expectations this past week! We took our kids/grandkids and we all had a fabulous time! We loved the beautiful pool. at our breakfast on the covered pation each morning and had a blast at the beach! The photos are just a "taste" of the great things to come with this property. It was so comfortable for 4 adults and 4 kids. It was clean, well-maintained and the owners were more than helpful to us. We loved all of the amenities of this property from fishing off the back dock, swimming in the wonderful pool, riding the bikes down to the beach and eating at wonderful owner recommended places in Long Boat and Anna Marie island! Our family highly recommends this property for a couple, for a family or for multi-families! We can't wait to book our week next year. Our family built many amazing memories this past week at the Dream Catcher property in Long Boat Key!!!
