This 7000 sq ft dream home boasts its own private walkway to the ocean, panoramic views of the beach and ocean from every corner, and a large private pool beachside. Perfect for family reunions or large groups, there is plenty of space in this home including an extra media room with additional refrigerator and kitchen area. This incredible vacation home also features two laundry rooms, gourmet kitchen, ping pong table, and the best views on the Isle of Palms.
The first floor of this home has the main living area furnished with hardwood floors, crown molding, flat screen TV/DVD with surround sound and plenty of seating for the group. The dining room has seating for 10 guests at the main table, 4 at a smaller table, and another 6 at the breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, double ovens, granite countertops, two dishwashers and a large Subzero refrigerator. The back deck is accessed from the main living area and overlooks the pool and beach.
There are 6 bedrooms on the first floor all with private baths. There are 4 queen rooms (Q)(Q)(Q)(Q), three of which have TV/DVD players, and one with a jetted tub in the bath. There are also 2 King rooms (K)(K) on the first level both with TV/DVD, deck access and private baths. One also has a jetted tub in the bath. There is also there are two sleeper sofas (SS)(SS) and a twin sleeper chair (T) on this floor as well for additional sleeping.
The second floor of this home has an additional media room complete with a large flat screen TV, DVD/VCR combo and a small kitchen area. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, and table for 4. The room also has a sleeper sofa (SS) and another twin (T) sleeper chair with a half bath. The media room also opens out onto the front deck.
There are 4 more bedrooms on the second floor. Each bedroom has a King bed (K)(K)(K)(K) with private bath. All second floor bedrooms have deck access. The master has incredible ocean views, a TV/DVD, and a whirlpool tub in master bath. The second King room also has a TV/DVD. The third King room has an additional twin sleeper chair (T), while the 4th King room has a whirlpool tub in the bath.
This home also has a third floor deck with some of the greatest views on the island. Panoramic views of the beaches, Atlantic Ocean, and Sullivan's Island from this deck complete the entire beach experience. The home also has a Ping Pong table in the garage, gas grill, parking for 10 cars, and private beach walkway from the large oceanfront pool. Pool can be heated in the offseason for an additional $500 fee. 350-count Egyptian cotton linens, bath towels, High speed wireless internet, cable, and initial startup of toiletries are also includes with the home.
