Enjoy the Night Life of the City of Phoenix or take a day trip to Sedona, Prescott or Flagstaff. After your adventures just kick back and relax under the covered patio and enjoy the most incredible sunsets you have ever seen. If you feel like a swim jump into the large pool completely equipped with floaties, Basketball Hoop and Volleyball Net. The attached hot tub offers therapy for everyone. When the sun goes down, turn on the gas fire pit and roast you a marshmallow or two.

Why the Owner Chose Anthem
Jeff and I talked about buying a second home after our daughter graduated. We went on a mini vacation to visit friends in Anthem and fell in love with the area and the people. After looking at a few homes we made the decision to buy in the Country Club. We love to golf, and both of us love the heat. When we walked into our home and out to the back yard, we were sold.

Relaxing by the pool, enjoying the most incredible sunsets you have ever seen. We have fun going to the Outlet Mall and into Scottsdale. Lake Pleasant is only 30 minutes away and Cave Creek is also a fun place to shop. There is so much to do or you can do nothing at all.

My Husband and I are Natives of Colorado. Jeff is a Contractor and owner of Jefferies Construction. I am a Real Estate Broker and Broker Owner of Real Estate Out West. We have two children 16 and 22. Colorado is our home state, but we are starting to think the winters are getting longer and Colder.
