  I did book a trip, made an agreement with this owner at the beginning of may 21012 for a stay from march1 to march 31 2013 On feb 2013 he change his mind and overcharge me plus another amont for safety deposit, he said this is it or I cancel the ageement and refun your money.(By that time I had paid all the money of the agreement) I could'nd cancel because of the air fare and did not have enough time to find another place Since then, 7 weeks later I did receive nothing, not a penny of what he owe me, he does not even awnser my email. The way that guy work, I call that a thief. BEWARE EVERY BODY WHOM WANT TO DEAL WITH HIM FOR ME NOT ANY MORE THANK YOU

  Owner response: Gaston, Booked for 2 people, Then added 4 more. I gave him a great rate based on 2 people 67 years old. Then Became 6 people. I informed him that the rate was based on him and his wife, and there would be a charge for the new guests. He complained, I told him if wanted to change his mind, I would give him a refund! He chose to pay the extra. The final payment was due 30 days before Arrival, plenty of time to rebook or change tickets. People seem to want to change things and get angry when things don't go their way. I have never kept a deposit even when their was damage.

  I booked the trip, and upon entry into the condo they informed me that no guests. I alerted the owner, and he said I can cancel and refund my money. So, i moved out and he had his manager right there to grab the key. Till this date no refund.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities.

  Owner response: Larry booked his stay under false pretences, said he was going by himself to play golf, wouldn't even be in the room. but as soon as he arrived he wanted to have a party, peninsula does not allow that! so he left wanting a refund, I did not refund the balance he had not used. Sour Grapes

  We had a wonderful time. I loved being on the 4th floor as the view was beautiful but you werent so high up that it was scary. We kept the glass doors open the whole time and enjoyed the breeze. The condo is huge. There were 5 adults and 4 kids and we always felt that we had our own space. The location was close to everything. Overall it was a great time.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Our family had a wonderful vaction at the Peninsula, tower 3. The condo was very spacious and accommodating. The views from the balcony/kitchen/family room are wall to ceiling slider windows so you always see the beach and sunset. The location is right within the hotel district so there are always activities up and down the beach. The kids parasailed, banana boat, zip lined, kept the vendors busy, etc. You are a $5 cab ride or $.60 bus ride into town for dinner/shopping as well. The Peninsula mall has many nice restaurants and shopping as well. We would definately recommend Larry's condo and hope to stay there again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We just returned from nine delightful days at thi condo in Puerto Vallarta. The owners were very helpful and the local agent was exceptional, getting us tickets and driving us to and from the airport. The condo was as pictured and is lovely. The view of the pool and ocean are magnificent. Staff at the condo development is very friendly and helpful. We would return.

  Amazing views, great kitchen, clean and quiet. Fantastic pool and beach. I had stayed here before with my mom, this time with my husband and two teenage boys. We all loved it. And for the kids, you can easily find banana boats, snorkeling, etc., about two resorts up the beach. There's also a grocery store within walking distance, and several restaurants, a casino, and a nightclub steps away. I can't wait to go back.

  We stayed at Niki and Larry's condo with our family while attending a family wedding. The facility is a beautiful 5 star lodging and relaxing facility. We enjoyed the gentle breeze, sitting on the deck, reading and watching the dolphins, Cruise ships were a common sight. The tight security was reassuring and the pool and exercise room was just steps away. We certainly recommend this facility for someone looking for a 5 star facility.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  The unit was exactly as described. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and was just a short taxi ride to restaurants, with several nearby. The views were amazing and enjoyable sunsets everynight. The pool was huge and they had nice beds or lounge chairs. There were palapas on the beach if you chose to relax on the sand that was only steps away. There is a gym and theatre room if you want a night with a family movie. I have only good to say about our visit and would recommend it to others. The owners were very nice to work with.
