Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2008
I have owned several units in this complex over the years and in fact I lived in this building and served on the Board for the community. I enjoyed living in the building because of the convenient access to downtown Phoenix and all the freeways. I'm semi retired and I love to live in Phoenix. When I arrived in Scottsdale from Korea in the early 70's I was amazed by the mild winters. The dry desert climate is very soothing for me. I have live in Guadalajara, and Puerto Penasco, Mexico.
Why the Owner Chose Other Phoenix Properties
I chose this location because of the unobstructed view of Los Olivos Park and Squaw Peak Mtn and Camelback Mtn. It is secure key operated building with mail pick-up and delivery in the lobby. The building is located in central Phoenix but with easy access to freeways. I just love the location, magnificent view and quietness of the building.
