The house is adorable and has PLENTY of room for family and friends to stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with, only thing I would do is make sure the fridge is empty, guess previous people left stuff in it. Has nice size yard front and back ! I loved the little dining area and watching the sun come up as we sat at the table and had our breakfast. The water is a half a block away, so many near by stores and things to do, i LOVE the mashpee commons :) I would definitly stay there again and I love the fact that the owners let you bring your dogs , which btw my dogs loved the house too :). So a big thanks to Phil and Pricilla !

really nice little cottage!

This was a great little cottage in a very quiet neighborhood which was wonderful. The air conditioning came in handy as it was very humid most of the week. We loved having the washer dryer on the premises...made everything so much easier. Overall Falmouth was a great area to stay in and we hope to return next year! Also the owners were very pleasant!

Fantastic getaway!!!!

We rented the house for just a quick weekend away and had a great time...it is close to everything and has everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is great and I loved being so close to the water!!! A fantastic rental at a really great price!!! Oh, and Wilbur (our dog) had a GREAT time too...lots of squirrels to chase :)

This was a relatively nice rental with a good amount of space. We were quite happy with the setup. The only major surprising non-issue that we had was that the property had no a/c and we weren't aware when we booked. We had a few hot and humid days but survived. The home did have a few fans which helped. The home was pretty clean and the kitchen while older, was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. There was a private beach which we could walk to which was a nice perk. Overall, the home worked great for us and we would stay again. Thanks for the memory.

Owner response:We are pleased to receive the feedback. It is a primary way we can continue to improve the home and people's experience when they come to stay. Although the Cape is usually cool enough most of the year we will look into getting two or three room of air-conditioners for the the hot spells. We were considering upgrading and building in the portable dishwasher as well. Thank you.
