The villa is situated on the hills of Conchas Chinas within easy walking distance to beaches (10 minutes), old town (20 minutes) and the center of town (35 minutes).

We live in Greenwich, Connecticut. We are both retired and enjoy vacationing in a beautiful place with a warm climate during the winter months in Greenwich.
Why the Owner Chose South Zone
We began vacationing in Puerto Vallarta (PV) in 1986. After staying at hotels with 3 other couples the first two times, we decided to rent villas with private pools (no fighting for lounges, etc.) and then eventually when we knew we really liked PV, we bought our own villa. PV offers virtually everything you can imagine, great views, water sports, golfing, tennis, canopy tours, horseback riding, shopping, great restaurants, etc. The only thing it doesn't have are Indian ruins. In addition, PV is not in the path of hurricanes.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
We have a full time staff (cook, maid and houseman) in addition to concierge service through the management company. The staff can prepare two meals per day for you (unless you prefer going out to restaurants). Being located in the hills of Conchas Chinas you have a beautiful view of the town, the bay and the ocean and can enjoy the fantastic sunsets with their beautiful coloring that one never gets tired of enjoying. The villa is located on one of the, if not the, largest property in Conchas Chinas which affords you with unparalleled privacy; i.e. you can enjoy yourselves and the view without anyone else looking in on you.
