We can offer you the "BEST of Maravilla", Maravilla 3202 offers the largest 2 BR floor plan, plenty of space, closets, double wide balcony, huge kitchen, and still very convenient to the beach and both pools!

Maravilla 3202: King master, twins in guest rm. largest 2BR floor plan with side gulf views and sunsets, large balcony with ceiling fan (also largest balcony), guest bedroom offers private bath.

Why the Owner Chose Maravilla
We love Maravilla because of the beautiful private beach. You just don't find that everywhere. In addition, Maravilla is convenient to all that Destin has to offer. Shopping, fishing, boating, BayTown at Sandestin and even a short drive to Sea Side.

Chip and I try to update our condos as often as possible. We added Flat Screen TV's this year, ipod docks, wireless DSL, we offer the beach service and much more. I have decorated this condo with custom fabrics, drapes, and designer touches. I want you to relax, have fun, but also have the comforts of home!

Thanks for considering our condos. We have owned at Maravilla Resort in Destin since 2003. We have 2 condos and take great pride in them. Chip and I have been married for 25 years and have 5 children. We reside in Louisville, Ky, but visit Destin as much as possible!
