We can offer you the "BEST of Maravilla", I have (3) 2BR 2BA condos. You can choose which works best for your family!
What I can offer you is:
High Speed DSL in all 3 condos, Clean new designer decor, Great views, TV's in every bedroom and family rm. DVD players, Stereo, Beach chairs, beach toys, fully stocked kitchen, pottery barn bedding, and all other upgrades.
BEACH SET UP INCLUDED!!
Maravilla 3205: King master, New Queen in 2nd room. Large floor plan and large private balcony with great views and sunsets. Ultimate in designer fabrics but still family friendly, large wooden palm paddle fan, very "Tommy Bahama" in style.
Maravilla 3202: King master, twins in guest rm. largest 2BR floor plan with side gulf views and sunsets, large balcony with ceiling fan (also largest balcony), guest bedroom offers private bath.
Maravilla 2109: King master, 1st floor, just 5 steps to the pool with charcoal grills..for an easy cookout. It is also only a couple more steps to the beautiful 2.2 acres of private beach. This condo offers some of the best views available at MARAVILLA. This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA, fully equipped kitchen, private patio and designer decor.
All of my condos have Queen sleeper sofas and new designer decor.

For Winter and early spring rentals it is important to note that Maravilla has heated pool and hot tub. Property has new landscaping and is gated with security.
I do not use the calendar, because I have 3. I usually have the dates you need available.

Snowbird Rates 2009/10...................... $1,475/month.
Rates are firm and do Not include 11% Sales Tax & $90 Cleaning.
Must be 25 to Rent, non refundable pet fee of $100
Weekly Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. 3 Night Minimum. $200 Deposit Required.

We love Maravilla because of the beautiful private beach. You just don't find that everywhere. In addition, Maravilla is convenient to all that Destin has to offer. Shopping, fishing, boating, BayTown at Sandestin and even a short drive to Sea Side.

Chip and I try to update our condos as often as possible. We added Flat Screen TV's this year, ipod docks, wireless DSL, we offer the beach service and much more. I have decorated these condos with custom fabrics, drapes, and designer touches. I want you to relax, have fun, but also have the comforts of home!
