Can you imagine having all this so inexpensively in sunny Ajijic? If you like walking for your daily activities this is perfect for you. Car not needed.

This villa is perfect for an expat, retiree, to make it their home for many months. The location is in the exclusive, quite, gated community, Ajijic, la Floresta. Although we are in Mexico you do not need to speak Spanish but you could go to one of the many Spanish classes offered.

The villa has been recently remodeled, well maintained, light and bright. We have several single residents and couples who live all year round or just six months. We have social Fridays by the pool should you wish to join us. From the club house you can quietly read a book with a view of the mountains or a lake view to the south.

  • We stayed in this unit for a month this July. Great, quiet location: 10 minute walk to Ajijic plaza center, quick bus to Lake Chapala. Darling little San Antonio village close walk as well. A plaza with movie theaters and stores a stroll away. I'd say the unit pictures are true to the villa: clean, cute and cozy. Kitchen well equipped, pleasant. Living room furniture and beds comfortable. Good value for money in Ajijic, as we found. La Floresta Village development has with three cobblestone lanes of units, huge trees and mature Mexican planting. Upper La Floresta (the adjoining neighborhood) contains fabulous Mexican style homes and compounds - a delight to walk through. If we could retire now we might very well do so at this quiet, charming development. The unit is comfortable and tastefully decorated; the pool is just lovely; so close to the mountain trail giving wide views over Ajijic village and the sparkling lake. It would be hard to beat.

  • I have been here for 3 months--I love the pool and my neighbours. It is a well run complex--centerally located in the best district in Ajijic. Best value available. Cheers Fred
