The villa is situated in a quiet area backing onto a conservation area and fenced all around for total privacy at Pinewood Country Estates in Davenport.
You are a stone throw away from The Reunion which has a golf course that appears to stretch for several miles as well as the new Greg Norman Golf Course at Champions Gate. We have a large Publix food supermarket, Italian Restaurant and take away, Chilis Restaurant, McDonalds, Subway, Petrol Stations, Banks, Nail Parlour, DVD Rental Store, Liquor Store, CVS Pharmacy and Walgreens. ( These are within minutes of the villa).
Champions Gate is one of the latest upmarket resort areas in Orlando. The villa is about 5 mins away from the US27, I4 and 7 mins away from the 192.
It takes just 15 mins from the villa to get to all the Disney parks and water parks, 25 mins to Universal Studios, 20 mins into Kissimmee.
We have a Management Company that is on hand 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, should you require assistance.
The villa sleeps up to 10 people, has a Fully Equipped Kitchen including Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer with Ice Maker etc.
