We made sure that very comfortable King and Queen beds were of very high quality, linens and plenty of beach and bath Towels are available. The living arrangements have everything you could ever expect, VERY CLEAN UNIT, Games, Books, PS-2 Game station, great TV's with DVD/VCR (Living room and master bedroom), complete stereo system, garage filled with bikes, boogie boards, grill, beach chairs, umbrella, and a kitchen well-equipped with cooking and party supplies.

We are a professional couple who live in Jacksonville, have two children, and bought this unit so that WE TOO COULD enjoy a relaxing oceanfront vacation.
Why the Owner Chose Crescent Beach
We looked at beaches from Amelia Island down to Daytona Beach, and Crescent Beach is by far the best place! The soft white sand beaches that are not over crowded, to the local restaurants and quiet safe feel wherever you go . . . it just does not get better than this!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Walking a mile down the beach to an oceanfront restaurant, riding bikes everywhere (on the beach or on sidewalks) going down and fishing in Matanzas Inlet, enjoying fabulous sunrises, the Ocean is perfect for kids as it is a gradual incline so waves are not overbearing (close to the shore).

This condo was very clean, well equipped with very comfortable beds. Awesome pool area and short walk to beach. Beach was great. Five minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and close to some great restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

My family LOVED this condo! It was very clean and the garage was awesome with beach bikes, beach chairs, bbq grill...everything we needed! Loved the beach towels ... didn't have to put one in my luggage! The restaurant reviews and area information booklet that the owners made was very handy! We will be back again next year for sure!
