The view was amazing with beautiful sunsets. Very quiet and relaxing. Just what we needed to unwind. We have stayed in multi-level houses on the gulf before, but having everything on one floor was such a delight. Great for families. The house and grounds are very well maintained. The living room furniture has actually been upgraded since the photos were taken. It now has a nice pale blue micro-fiber sofa and loveseat. We liked that it was very quiet around us, but Seaside was just 5.4 miles from the house and had great shopping and restaurants, plus evening activities for the kids. Destin, Panama City and Rosemary Beach were also short drives away. Highly recommend!

We loved the view, the location, and the layout of the home. The large family room and dining area combined is perfect. The free WiFi is a great feature. We cannot wait to come back!

We've been coming to 30A for the passed seven years. We've always wanted a place to return to, and think this time, we finally found it. This is a great house, with lots of room on one level. And of course, the best thing of all is the double sliding glass doors that allow you to see the white sand and emerald waters from sun up to sundown. We loved it, hated to leave !!
