With 2 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds and 2 Sleeper Sofas, up to 12 people can spread out in style for a week of relaxation. 5 parking spaces allow for plenty of friends and family to join in the memorable experience. A large grass lawn allows space for ample entertaining. Our stay at Fine View was one of the best experiences we have had in Florida. The house was perfect and the Ocean access is wonderful. We sat out on the deck every night and listened to the beautiful sounds of the Gulf. I can't wait for the day that we get to stay at Fine View again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Just returned from a week's vacation at Fine View with family and friends. The house is laid out to take full advantage of the beautiful Gulf Views from the kitchen and living areas. We grilled out and ate dinner every night on the large deck overlooking the ocean. The single floor layout was very convenient, and the arrangement of the bedrooms allowed plenty of privacy for everyone. Would definitely go back.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The view was amazing with beautiful sunsets. Very quiet and relaxing. Just what we needed to unwind. We have stayed in multi-level houses on the gulf before, but having everything on one floor was such a delight. Great for families. The house and grounds are very well maintained. The living room furniture has actually been upgraded since the photos were taken. It now has a nice pale blue micro-fiber sofa and loveseat. We liked that it was very quiet around us, but Seaside was just 5.4 miles from the house and had great shopping and restaurants, plus evening activities for the kids. Destin, Panama City and Rosemary Beach were also short drives away. Highly recommend!Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We loved the view, the location, and the layout of the home. The large family room and dining area combined is perfect. The free WiFi is a great feature. We cannot wait to come back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

We've been coming to 30A for the passed seven years. We've always wanted a place to return to, and think this time, we finally found it. This is a great house, with lots of room on one level. And of course, the best thing of all is the double sliding glass doors that allow you to see the white sand and emerald waters from sun up to sundown. We loved it, hated to leave !!Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
