Our townhome has so much to offer. It is in a wooded area that gives you the feel of a real mountain experience, yet it is walking distance to all the amenities you could ever need. We have our own private hot tub and two separate family rooms so the adults can have there own space as well as the children. There are numerous board games, two DVD players, and 3 TV's. Our deck has a gas grill and rocking chairs to take in the beautiful view. It is exquisitely decorated as it was the 2006 Rendezvous Parade of Homes model home.

Why the Owner Chose Rendezvous
My husband and I bought our townhome in the Winter Park area in the fall of 2006 so that we could spend quality time with our kids, and it has certainly exceeded our expectations. Winter Park has so much to offer. In the winter you can ski, snow-board, snow-shoe, go tubing, cross-country-skiing, hot-tubbing and the list goes on and on. We have, however, found that summer is just as wonderful. There is hiking, biking, fishing, white-water rafting, and boating, not to mention all of the activities at the base of the mountain, like the alpine slide, putt-putt, bungee trampolines, human maze, and rock climbing. You will never get bored. Or if you want a nice quiet day, you can sit on the deck on a nice rocking chair and read a good book as you take in the beautiful scenery. Some of our favorite times have been just spent staying in and playing games with our kids. Our mountain retreat has provided us an incredible opportunity to spend time with those we love and I know it will provide you with all you desire.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our townhome can sleep up to 10 people, has a hot tub, washer and dryer, 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. There are plenty of board games, 3 TV's, 2 DVD players, two separate family rooms and a grill on the deck. There are lots of trails right out the door, a pond and a park, and only 5 minutes from the slopes.
