We have this house listed two times on VRBO--once as a home that sleeps 12 and once as a house that sleeps 8. In order to attract smaller groups in the fall/winter/spring months, we have closed up the two "wings" of the home for smaller groups which then confines a group to the main part of the house which includes the main living area, one guest bedroom, one kids room with two bunks, and the Master Bedroom. Also included is the living room/kitchen/dining area and loft/TV area. We found that much smaller groups want to come during the winter season so this was a perfect solution. The downstairs family room, one more kids room, one more guest room, two bathrooms, laundry room, and family room are closed off.
