This ocean front unit is located on the 9th Floor of Sands Beach Club. We are located on a dead end street, with no traffic other than the residents living at Sands Beach Club. From the balcony of your unit you can see the beach miles north to North Carolina line and to the south past Myrtle Beach. In the morning you can wake up to rising sun over the ocean and see the Dolphins swim by in the ocean from your balcony.
It is a fully furnished unit with a Queen Bed, Two single beds, a sofa bed in the living room and a baby crib stored in the closet. There are plenty of games and toys in the unit. There are two TVs, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. Master bath is an accessible shower and the hallway bath has a tub and a shower. The kitchen has all standard appliances and plenty of utensils. It also had a coffee maker and a microwave oven.
Sands Beach Club is located near the end of SC22, Conway Bypass expressway. It is close to major Golf courses, Highways, restaurants, shopping and entertainments. The beach behind the building is a wide, clean sand. It is ideal to swim, walk, just dip your feet in the tide or build sand castles.
From the front balcony you can see the golf courses and our own tennis courts. The parking is plentiful, right in front of your unit. There is no need to cross the street for a parking space.
We do not allow smoking in the unit. The laundry facilities are on each floor in the elevator lobby. Trash dumpster in on the ground near the elevator lobby.

Myrtle Beach is one of the best Beach and Golf destination on the east coast. It is located within less than half a days drive from Charlotte.

We have just stayed at this unit 919. The condo was very nice, well maintained, and the location is great. The Patels were great to work with and very accomodating.We will definitely rent from them again in the future.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.
