You will think that you have "gone to heaven" in this spacious elegant condo. It is truly a slice of heaven: Spectacular ocean views and dolphin watching from your private balcony will never be forgotten. Tropical ocean breezes and panoramic views of the beach at Seaside are just spectacular.
Relax by our salt water heated pool or tropical gardens throughout our property, stroll the white sandy beach, or fish in the warm ocean. In the evenings, prepare your dinner at the barbecue grills that are located throughout the complex and dine at one of our picnic tables with beautiful landscaping that will surround you. You and your family may want to dine in style at one of the fabulous restaurants a few miles from the condo. We have tried many of them and we can give you tips on exactly where to have that great memorable meal.
The condo has gorgeous ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and even from the master bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms to supplement the refreshing ocean breezes.
Newly-remodeled, immaculately clean, and well-maintained, this spacious forth floor condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with everything from all of your spices, great dishes and pots and pans to cleaning supplies, and nice thick towels in our bathrooms. We have a luxurious living room, indoor dining, as well as dining on your own private patio. This condo is a home from home in paradise.
We have just totally remodeled this condo. We have all new bedding, carpet, and it is freshly painted. We had a local artist to paint murals on the walls in each room to accent the décor of each room. All of the rooms have televisions and we have an extensive library of VHS tapes for your enjoyment. The kids will love all of the movies that we have for them.
For those of us who come to unwind without unplugging altogether, we have just added high speed Internet via a WiFi connection and this is totally free to our guests. People tell us that they love just getting off on the forth floor and we are the very first condo when you step off of the elevator.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an occasional chair. We have a flat screen television, DVD player and it has a private bathroom with a shower and a tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private bathroom with tub and shower. This bedroom also has a television and DVD player in it. You are able to see the beach from the dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The bathrooms feature a very unique faux finish to match the décor of the nice new thick shower curtains. In this view you also see our gorgeous landscaping with palm trees swaying in the breezes. You can also watch your children play football or baseball on the green grass that is below our condo. The view from this condo is spectacular.
The property is well maintained and there is an onsite manager, available Monday through Friday during the day to answer any questions you might have about the facilities and the surrounding area.We also have guard service for eight hours a day.
The property boosts the largest complex in Orange Beach & Gulf Shores. We have lighted tennis courts, a state of the art workout room with flat screen televisions; BBQ grills throughout the complex, a salt water indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a sauna, steam room and showers.
We also offer more than just a place to stay. We can suggest the best places to dine, shop, take dolphin tours, charter a fishing boat, how to get to the famous Zoo, and any other questions that you may have. You will love going fishing on the newly opened Gulf Shores Fishing Pier. It is the longest pier in the Southeast. They have a general store, benches to sit on and even an area at the end of the pier to clean your fish before you go back to your condo. There have been many big fish caught there since it opened just three months ago. It is open 24 hours a day and the kids will just love it. This is a condo that stays very booked up so call us early to reserve it. This condo is not like any other condo and the best of everything has been put into the appointemnts in this condo. It is simply a five star condo!

- We are only a mile from the new Gulf Shores Fishing Pier. It is open 24 hours a day. We also have a heated pool that has been converted to a salt water system, two other pools, lighted tennis courts, BBQ areas with picnic tables in a landscaped area, a sauna, steam room, work out facility that has two flat screen televisions, guard service, and rest rooms with showers in our indoor heated pool area. Our property is the largest complex in Orange Beach & Gulf Shores and we have gorgeous landscaping throughout our complex. The complex is kept up well and our guests come back year after year. We are a family oriented complex.

Owner Description
We have owned our condo for about six years. We looked at many condos before buying this one. We bought this condo because we could see the kids playing football or baseball in our beautiful grass area below our condo. We could see them in the large outdoor pool, and we had a full view of the beach. We are from Brentwood, TN. and we have two children that just love to come stay in our condo. My children never get bored because there is so much to do in Orange Beach.

Our view and the entire complex is kept up so well. It is a very family oriented complex and our kids meet new friends every time we come. The beach here is just unreal. It has snow white sand and we have been voted one of the top ten beaches to see in America. The water goes from emerald green to a very deep blue. We have chairs that you can rent during the days or you can bring your own chairs and put a tent over it. A good book can be read by our new chairs by the beach. The time goes by so quickly when you are having fun.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We love to cook in but we also enjoy eating at the many 5 star restaurants in our area. We can advise you on just the right places to go. Our seafood is known from far away and you can buy it locally to cook or freeze it and take it home. We have many shopping complexes in our area. The Warf is a very upscale shopping center with very unique stores in this complex. It has a very tall ferris wheel and a very large theater for the kids to see the latest movies. This complex is home to many top notch bands that do outside concerts here. There are also many places to eat in this complex. We are only a few miles to charter fishing, dolphin watching trips, parasailing, renting jet skis, to shopping at the Tanger Outlet that has over 130 stores. Some of the stores are Polo, Brook Brothers, gap, Kirklands, and many more. You can never see all that Orange Beach has to offer in just a week. We are also just a half a mile from Dollar General, Public grocery store, and a Winn Dixie.
