Living room has mirror wall providing a view of the gulf, with sliding glass door out to balcony. Keeping the cook in mind, you will find a kitchen fully supplied with anything you may need to produce a fantastic meal. All the cooking utensils you will need are at your disposal. Not to mention the beautiful view you will enjoy while preparing the meal. Then all will enjoy the meal in the dining area with the mirror wall providing a view of the gulf. This is a non-smoking, pet friendly condo, max. occupancy of 4.
Feel free to enjoy either of the two pools (one seasonally heated), barbecue grills, hot tub, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool tables, and game area all on site. Pelican Walk is only minutes away from all area restaurants, golf, fishing, diving, miniature golf, arcades, water parks, bungee jumping, shopping, bowling, and amusement parks.

We purchased our condo in 2009, something we have thought about for many years. We enjoy out time there so very much that we want to share the enjoyment with others. Consideration given for Military. We are retired Military, we love our country and enjoy the freedoms provided in our country and feel the need to share our good fortune with others.

In our search for our dream vacation home we looked at many condos. Pelican Walk really interested us because of the smaller size, the friendly staff, the beautiful grounds and the overall feeling of being at home away from home.
