Our condo will certainly suit your needs. Master bedroom with king bed and private bath. Queen sofa sleeper in living room with guest bath in hall. Enjoy the view from your private balcony.
Living room has mirror wall providing a view of the gulf, with sliding glass door out to balcony. Keeping the cook in mind, you will find a kitchen fully supplied with anything you may need to produce a fantastic meal. All the cooking utensils you will need are at your disposal. Not to mention the beautiful view you will enjoy while preparing the meal. Then all will enjoy the meal in the dining area with the mirror wall providing a view of the gulf. This is a non-smoking, pet friendly condo, max. occupancy of 4.
Feel free to enjoy either of the two pools (one seasonally heated), barbecue grills, hot tub, tennis courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool tables, and game area all on site. Pelican Walk is only minutes away from all area restaurants, golf, fishing, diving, miniature golf, arcades, water parks, bungee jumping, shopping, bowling, and amusement parks.
Pelican Walk is a smaller, family friendly, beautifully landscaped condo. With all the amenities of the huge complexes, without all the crowds. We are certain once your stay draws to an end you will return to our "get away at the beach."

We purchased our condo in 2009, something we have thought about for many years. We enjoy our time there so very much that we want to share the enjoyment with others. Consideration given for Military. We are retired Military, we love our country and enjoy the freedoms provided in our country and feel the need to share our good fortune with others.

In our search for our dream vacation home we looked at many condos. Pelican Walk really interested us because of the smaller size, the friendly staff, the beautiful grounds and the overall feeling of being at home away from home.

My daughter, her Yorkie, and I appreciate you sharing your condo with us. Your place is beautifully decorated and we loved staying here. This is the first time that I have worked directly with an owner and I much prefer this as opposed to booking with an agency. This is just another personal touch that comes with staying at your condo. I will definitely be recommending this property and I hope to be able to stay here again real soon. Thanks for the souvenir!

The condo was clean, very quaint and the beach/marine decor was precious. It came furnished with all the "little" things that you might not have thought to pack. The complex was not too big and it was a short walk to get to the parking lot, and the beach was literally steps away. I was so happy I was able to bring along my little doggy. The weather was PERFECT and I had a great time. Thanks for the souvenir.

We are retired and love to travel with our dog, Sugar. This condo is perfect for us! We felt at home the minute we walked in the door, and owners Edna and Curtis couldn't have been better to work with in arranging our stay. The place is clean, has a fully furnished kitchen, and is decorated nicely with a nautical theme. June was our second visit this year and we plan to return soon-- It's great!

What a great condo !! We were so happy when we walked in and saw how nice and clean your condo is. It made our stay so nice knowing we were in such a well maintained condo. We could see that the owners love this place, too and was a home away from home for us. Overall complex very nice and the location was great for us and the beach very nice and family oriented. We hope to return again and will recommend to others. Thanks so much for sharing with us and thank you for the Pelican bowling pin. He has found a home on our sitting area on our screened in back porch.
