Newly painted and redecorated, this second floor condo is a desired corner unit with views of the beautiful golf course. The 2 separate bedroom suites have king and twin beds with new pillow top mattresses for added comfort. The bedrooms and comfortable living space all open to the screened wrap-around lanai. This condo also has a full size crib which can be assembled if needed.
Take the elevator or stairs to the second floor condo for easy access from the many conveniences and attractions Bonita Bay provides. Equipped with a full kitchen and washer/dryer, this condo provides a trouble-free vacation destination. The master bedroom suite features a comfortable King size bed, desk area for connection to the internet. and a private master bath with walk-in shower and separate tub.
Twin beds in the second bedroom connect to a second bathroom. A convertible queen hide – a - bed is available for additional guests. The Wild Pines neighborhood includes free use of the heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts and gas grills.
Want to go to the beautiful private gulf coast beach? It could not be easier with the free shuttle available steps away from your door Nov 15- April 30. The shuttle brings you to the maintained private beach where you have free use of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bathrooms, and showers, covered picnic areas and charcoal grills.
Restaurants and a shopping center are with walking distance at the Promenade. In addition, convenient grocery shopping, outstanding restaurants and many shopping centers are a short drive outside the main entrance of Bonita Bay. We have collected menus from our favorite restaurants in Bonita, Naples and Ft. Myers for you to consider and invite you to add your own to the collection.
Bonita Springs is located just north of Naples and south of Ft. Myers. It is about 30 minutes from the Ft. Myers Airport (RSW). Weekly and monthly rentals are available.

Bonita Bay is a private gated community with 27 miles of walking and bike paths, 3 parks, Estero Bay Preserve, easy walk to nearby shopping center and quality restaurants. We enjoy golf at nearby courses, stroll the private beach, and enjoy the beautiful landscaped grounds. Breakfast on the screened lanai is a great way to start the day.
