We had a very pleasant stay in Feb 2012. The condo was beautifully furnished, well appointed, and comfortable for our family of six (grandparents, parents, and two children). It was especially enjoyable to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrises and sunsets. Also the condo had a lot of nice small details such as extra outlets by the master bedroom nightstands. When we were met at the villa by the greeter, we were given information about grocery delivery and babysitting that was helpful. Other guests might want to see if they can get these details in advance if relevant. That said, if we had arranged for our groceries in advance we might have missed the thoroughly enjoyable experience of going to Costco and seeing more local Hawaiian products than we expected (lau lau, kalua pork, banana cream pies, Hawaiian sodas, local pineapple, and more). The complex had two pools, but the second pool which was more appropriate for small children was not heated. There didn't seem to be a huge difference in temperature, but it was enough to have small children gravitate to the lap pool, which they could use if they stayed within the acceptable noise range (not a problem) and didn't use pool toys (ours were OK with this, but might be an issue for others). We tried the new Disney property next door and found that we much preferred the Beach Villas at Ko Olina given the lower key nature. The Disney property was large and you couldn't be outside without ever present sounds from manmade waterfalls, piped music, and artificial bird chirps. To come "home" to the beach villas was great. If your kids are older than ours (5 and 3), they might prefer water structures at Disney, but the villa was a much better match for us. In any case, we thoroughly recommend Ko Olina, the complex, and this unit and hope to return soon!

We had a marvelous time during our stay at your condo. The view from the balcony was fabulous. The condo was in perfect order when we arrived and Gabriella did a great job of orientating us to the unit. We enjoyed having beach chairs and beach gear at our disposal. It was a great location and I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

We couldn't be more thrilled with this beautiful property. The views, the accomodations and amenities, the grounds, the people. It was everything that was promised and written about in the reviews, plus some. We loaded up at Costco (10 min away) on the first day and lived like royality from there on out. Even swam with huge green turtles in the public lagoon closest to the Paradise Cove property that we discovered by chance in one of our morning walks up the beach. Dinner at Roy's on our last night was the most amazing meal ever. I highly recommend it. And Hanauma Bay is a must do, plus stopping at each "view point" on the drive there and just past there are well worth every minute. Unfortunately the weather misbehaved the week we were there so we didn't get the sunsets, but I'm sure they'd be amazing from the lanai. However, once it's dark outside, keep the lanai doors closed or the bugs come in. But still... this was the most amazing vacation my family has ever had, and the weather issues didn't matter at all because we had this increadibly beautiful penthouse property to lighten each day.

The property was beautiful, and the view was even better than we expected. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Our unit had the best views, and a ton of space - better than represented!!! The lagoons were gorgeous, great for snorkeling, and the owner had some great small toys for my nephew (2) to play at the beach and pool with. The property has several different style pools - one regular lap, one with pebbles, and a childrens pool! (As well as several jacuzzis!) It was so nice to be away from the 'hustle and bustle' of Waikiki, but still close enough to make the 20 minute drive whenever we felt like it. There are tons of things to do in Ko Olina and the shopping there is great, as is the Marina!!! It was a great central location, we were able to drive to the north shore, and anywhere else we wanted withing 45 minutes. Everyone at the Ko Olina Beach Villa was friendly and polite. It was so much better than renting a hotel room. We had one small issue/request, and the owner was very (immediately - on a Saturday!) responsive and attentive to our request. We would highly recommend this for an amazing vacation. Thanks for a WONDERFUL vacation!

We enjoyed a week with our family at this beautiful Ko'olina property. It was very clean, well furnished, with everything necessary for a luxurious vacation. The owner was very helpful and the property was exactly as described. The beaches & pools were beautiful and very family friendly. We would love to return to this unit again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We also enjoyed the Paradise Cove Luau, as well as dining at Roy's -- which are both nearby.

We had a blast in Hawaii, and the condo and all the resort amenities made our stay comfortable and worry free. The penthouse view is amazing, everything you need is right at the resort, and shopping is just a short drive away. In my opinion, some of the best snorkeling on the island is just out the back gate. We plan to stay again as soon as possible and just enjoy all that Ko Olina has to offer, we regret that we planned so many activities that we didn't relax and enjoy all this property has to offer.

Ko Olina is a true paradise. What a beautiful place to VACATION. The pool's, hot tubs, private lagoons, and impeccable grounds where wonderful. We enjoyed jogging along the path in the morning and working out in the gym. The owners were very professional and easy to communicate with and there home was beautiful with a stunning view. After looking at several places in Oahu we all agreed that this was by far the absolute best. It accomodated our group that included a family with children and our parents with no problems. The location was perfect with shopping (costco, dining, etc ) a few minutes away. I would highly recommend Ko Olina and this beautiful villa. I have already recommended it to our friends.

What a stunning penthouse! We had a fantastic time, the pools were really super and the beach was very clean and quiet. The accommodation is perfect for a family with spacious rooms, a great open plan living area and a large balcony to watch the sunset from. We made the most of the local facilities, booking a Ko Olina Catamaran trip and visiting Paradise Cove which I would recommend to everyone and only 10 minutes walk away! It was a delight to correspond with the owner, who made everything very easy. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

We have vacationed all over Hawaii for the last 35 years and without a doubt this has been the most luxurious accommodations to date. Everyone in our party of 8 were well taken care of and pampered daily by property staff. Impeccably furnished, with everything you can possibly think of...signature kitchen layout with complete cookware and dishware, 4 plasma televisions, dual balconies, awesome bedding, washer & dryer, and all with plenty of room to spare...most spacious! Activities abound for young and old alike and the concierge is most helpful in coordinating any and all requests (golf, luau, snorkeling, catamaran sailing, whale watching). An outstanding property with local shopping nearby and views of the best sunsets in the world! We feel most fortunate in experiencing this beachfront property and will definitely be back!

This was the best vacation we ever had. The pictures do not do it justice, the condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and the resort is in a great location. Sitting on the lanai enjoying the ocean view or the sunset was amazing. Beach access was just steps away and the pool area was maintained beautifully. We could not have asked for anything more, it was unanimous, we would stay here again.
