Enter this beautiful 6,500 sq ft house to find a large sitting room with a spectacular view and comfortable seating to your left with gas fireplace. Adjacent is a large dining area with seating for eight. To the right you enter the kitchen area. A comfortable breakfast table with a view of the harbor. If you like to cook you'll love this kitchen! Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with washer and dryer.
Back past the dining table and to the left you'll find one of the main floor bedrooms; the second main floor bedroom on the far side of the stairway. From there, go down the stairs to find the entertainment center and sitting area perfect for relaxing, reading or playing games.
Down the hall to the left leads you to the two lower floor bedrooms, one with access to the outside lower patio. There is also a small sitting area with wet bar at the end of the hall.
Spectacular views are found from the upper deck, access to the deck from the main floor family area or the kitchen area. Watch the sunrise or watch the sun set over Pleasant Harbor.
Guests at the house also have access to the Pleasant Harbor Marina pool and hot tub. The hot tub is open year around, the pool is open May thru September. You're just a short walk from the marina where you will also find a deli and convenience store.
