Heritage Bay is a golfer's dream come true. Player's of all levels can challenge themselves with unlimited golf on this 27 hole championship course designed by Gordon Lewis and Paul Azinger. The Club House is spectacular, featuring casual or fine dining, a billiard's room, meeting rooms, a card room, sauna and of course a fully stocked pro shop for all your golf needs. The aqua driving range provides all the tools to work on that perfect swing.
If tennis is more your sport, 7 Soft-Surface Lit Courts are available for your enjoyment. Heritage Bay also has a fully equipped exercise and aerobic's room. If you decide to relax and unwind, a resort-style pool with a Chikee Hut also awaits you. A satellite pool is conveniently located in front of our building.
This is a 24 hr gated community with walking and biking trails throughout the property.
Our two bedroom condo is an open concept design with beautiful views of the water and golf course from the kitchen bay window and the screened-in Lanai. The kitchen has granite counter tops with stainless steel GE appliances.

The Condo is exactly as the owners describe. -- lovely view of the green, where you can always watch golfers try to sink their putts; then watch them hit their drives on the next hole! Lots of wildlife to watch, so you may want to bring your binoculars. So convenient having the satellite pool outside your door; and the main Club House and Pool is an easy and pleasant walk. The Condo is very clean, well maintained and decorated beautifully....very easy to live in. The owners were always very prompt to answer inquiries and were always very accommodating. Grocery shopping is 5 minute drive ....the beach 20 minutes. Lots of great shopping (Miramar Outlet Mall - 25 minute drive; Waterside Shops - 25 minutes away; Coastal Centre Mall - 30 minutes away). Old Naples is about a 35 minute drive....lots of shopping, great restaurants! This property will not disappoint, I highly recommend it.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
