Lakeside Resort Casitas is a beautiful condo complex nestled in directly across from the world's highest fountain in sleepy Fountain Hills, AZ. We have an upstairs unit with a large deck off the back looking out into a wash. You can hear the coyotes howl at night and see the javelinas stroll past at sunset.
Fountain Hills is surrounded by majestic mountains. McDowell Region Park is 6 miles away with fantastic mountain biking and hiking trails. Fort McDowell Casino is minutes from the condo. Scottsdale is 5 miles down the road.
You are 3 blocks from a grocery store, 2 blocks from a library & community center. Restaurants, gelato and gift shops are within walking distance around the fountain. Close enough to Scottsdale, but not in all the hustle and bustle.
Lakeside Resort Casitas has a friendly atmosphere. Units are nicely spaced so you don't feel cramped. There is a common pool and hot tub with many lounge chairs for relaxing. Our unit is at the back of the complex so it is very quiet.
