This end unit on the seventeenth floor provides you with unmatched solitude and privacy. This unit has two balconies with spectacular unobstructed ocean and island views. You can spend all day absorbed in your favorite book while taking in the sun and the view of the ocean on the wrap around balcony facing South West. You can watch all the activities on the crescent beach including parasailing, trowel fishing or just the beach-walkers right from the balcony. Or you can always be part of all the action just by walking down to the beach. A pair of binoculars can sometimes even help you spot frolicking dolphins or a distant cruise ship.
Alternatively you can spend moments of solitude in the kitchen balcony watching the sun come up in the distance over the spectacular Marco Island. You may just watch the traffic and happenings in the entire Marco Island and even get a faint glimpse of high rise buildings in Naples on the distant horizon on a clear day. The night view from the balcony is stunning with all the twinkling city lights particularly on full moon night. With the newly constructed arrangement of the kitchen the shimmering gulf view is a never-ending thrill! You may walk to the beautiful Marco Beach and spend the day watching the ocean. There is always the swimming pool for the visiting children and grandchildren.
You can leave the bedroom door open in complete privacy and let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep. There is the second bedroom with twin beds for the visiting children and a convertible sofa for any grandchildren.
You are within walking distance of all the activities on the Island including The Esplanade which is the hub of upscale restaurants and shops. You can walk to the informal Marco Island Theater where you can watch a movie while being served dinner or just snacks and other restaurants and shops. Of course, you can spend a romantic evening on the fifth avenue in Naples which is only 20 minutes drive. Rookery Bay Nature preserve is only ten minutes away.
The condominium has a well stocked kitchen and is up-to-date. We just added a 32” high definition digital TV. The condominium has been renovated twice and is well maintained. The owners are always eager to make your stay unforgettable and comfortable and are open to your ideas and suggestions for improvements if you intend to return year after year! Year Purchased: 2004
Suresh is a retired Ford Motor company executive. He was part of the original team responsible for ushering in the computer controlled powertrain in the auto industry in the 1970s. Usha founded a couple of Montessori schools in Southeastern Michigan in late 1970s. Currently both of them own and operate the two schools. They have couple of professional children and have four grandchildren who love to getaway to the beach condominium whenever they can get away from their busy schedule.
Why the Owner Chose Seaview
As soon as we walked onto the balcony of this seventeenth floor condominium in Seaview Towers we knew that this is where we wanted to spend our days in the sun. It has southern exposure with the expansive unobstructed view of the Crescent Beach as well as the Marco Island from the two balconies. Kitchen opens into a balcony with a full view of sunrise over the Morco Island and the Sunsets over the gulf are of course, wonderful. The condominium has undergone two major renovations since it was purchased. This includes removal of the wall to expose the kitchen to the gulf view and total upgrading of kitchen and the bathrooms.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We spend most of our time reading while enjoying the ambiance of the condominium. Children spend the days on the beach soaking in the sun or in the common swimming pool that is between Towers #1 and #2. There are a number of quaint eating places on Marco Island. Occasionally we go to Naples which is only 15 minutes away for an evening of theater or dining.
