Our nicely furnished condo is nestled in the woods on a hillside that slopes gently down to the lake. The condo has a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The condo has approximately six hundred and sixty square feet plus 150 square feet of deck space.
A short walk from the condo brings you to the indoor pool and hot tub at the center of our resort. Stroll a few more steps and relax on six hundred feet of private beach with docks for your swimming and boating pleasure.
Whitefish Lake is tucked into the Rocky Mountains. The view to the north is of Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort, only a fifteen minute drive from the condo. Ride the gondola to the summit and enjoy stunning views of Glacier National Park and the Flathead Valley.
The friendly, little town of Whitefish is a five minute drive from the resort. Whitefish has many fine restaurants, interesting shops and wonderful golf courses. During the spring and summer you can boat on Whitefish Lake, golf at the Whitefish Golf Course, bike down Big Mountain or go white water rafting on beautiful Flathead River. During the winter enjoy downhill or cross-country skiing, or perhaps try some ice skating, sledding, tubing, snowmobiling or ice fishing. Remember..... Glacier National Park is less than an hour away.

Why the Owner Chose Whitefish Lake
My family was lucky enough to own a home on Whitefish Lake. While growing up my long summer days were spent swimming with friends. Our family evenings were filled with fires on the beach and music. Our condo looks out at the same mountain and lovely lake that I enjoyed as a child. I now live in California and I wanted my children to have some of the lovely experiences that Whitefish Lake and the surrounding area offer those who live there and those who visit.

If you love the outdoors you will love Whitefish, Montana! Swim the waters of Whitefish Lake. Relax in the indoor pool or hot tub. Ski the Big Mountain or explore Glacier National Park. Come back after a full day of adventure and rest at our secluded condo, or enjoy a fabulous meal on the deck at Whitefish Lake Lodge while watching the sun set across the lake. This is only one of many wonderful local restaurants that the condo is minutes away from.

Whitefish was my home for my first 20 years. My husband and I met, married and raised our children in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our family vacations have been spent exploring Big Sur, Tahoe, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Glacier and other beautiful outdoor recreation areas. Whitefish and the Flathead Valley are as stunning in natural beauty and full of potential adventures as these areas.

Wonderful time on Whitefish Lake

We had an awesome stay in Whitefish. The condo is 2 minutes from downtown Whitefish, where there are so many good restaurants and cute shops. We loved it there. We drove to Glacier National Park every day from the condo. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen, and cozy. We really used the kitchen and mostly everything we needed was there - even spices!!! There was even a teatpot to brew my tea every morning. We loved our stay in Whitefish so much. There is a lake at Bay Point where you can swim and rent canoes, There is a los a nice size indoor pool, hot tub and sauna which we used most every day. The tap water was drinkable, so forget about bottled water. Linda (the owner) could not have been more helpful answering questions before we arrived. What a nice lady! The area is chock full of things to do, in Whitefish and in Glacier. There is a trail called the Danny On trail in Whitefish, with a Gondola that you can take up or down the mountain. This was an awesome vacation and I would highly recommend this condo and Whitefish as a destination.

Whitefish, Glacier National Park and the Flathead Valley are wonderful places for leisure time adventures and this couple knew how to fully enjoy such places.They hiked daily and got to see many of Glacier Park's most beautiful spots. They drove up Going to the Sun Road. They hiked to Hidden Lake and took photos with the mountain goats. They hiked to Avalanche Lake and even drove to Many Glacier and hiked to Lake Grinnell. They enjoyed delicious dinners at the Whitefish Golf course and Wasabi. They cooked us a gourmet dinner in our condo after visiting the Tuesday farmers market. Now they have posted lovely photos of the area on their Facebook page. We hope they come back and that you come, too!
