Perched high above the Ogden Valley in The Highlands, one of Eden’s premier communities, is the Taos Lodge. This custom built home will easily accommodate your group of up to 16 people, with seven bedrooms plus den on three living levels, 5 bathrooms and attached three car garage. To the south are views of Snowbasin & Wolf Mountain, with Pineview Lake at the center of the Valley.
To the north is the backside of Powder Mountain and 850+ acres of open space for snowshoeing and trekking pleasure. Wildlife are frequent neighbors, with deer, moose, fox and marmots in residence. Powder Mountain and Wolf Mountain are just 10 minutes away and the sumptuous lodges and awesome slopes of Snowbasin are within 20 minutes.
Privacy abounds and every high tech accoutrement is offered in this residence, with large view windows throughout. The main floor living area is intimately centered around a large wood burning fireplace and adjoins the Gourmet kitchen and dining area, flanked by windows and sliders to the adjoining deck. The main Master suite is on this level with enormous ensuite master bath and gas burning fireplace.
Upstairs, there’s a large private suite with extra spacious ensuite bath, perfect for those with newborns or small infants. The lower level family room has a large wet bar and theater room and additional bedrooms. This home is very private, yet is convenient to skiing and dining. Cleaning Fee is $150.

Leigh Ann Fincher is both Principal Broker and visionary for PPR. With over 10 years experience working with several of the largest residential developers in the Ogden Valley, she has developed an extensive database of clients and customers who share her passion for this high mountain Eden. Those who know her would tell you Leigh Ann is extremely focused on her clients’ needs, with her ultimate goal being a successful transaction. She has been a sales leader in the Ogden Valley marketplace since her first year in the business, largely because she has never wavered from fulfilling her clients’ goals. A native of Texas, she is a graduate of the University of Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, TX and did her graduate work at Texas A & M, earning a degree in Counseling Psychology.
Her intuitive understanding of the needs of the second home owners propelled her to create her new company, Utah Lodging, to manage vacation home rentals & services. She firmly believes that by insuring the best possible experience for lodging guests, their repeat business will be assured. While some may ultimately become buyers themselves, her main focus with Utah Lodging is to assist sellers in maximizing their revenue potential by utilizing innovative marketing programs and delivering the highest level of owner service.
Her personal passions are skiing, golfing, hiking and traveling. While she loves the rural Ogden Valley, once or twice a year she fulfills her urban fix with travels to New York City or Europe. She is a fan of independant film and is an avid attendee of the Sundance Film Festival.

We were fortunate enough to rent the Taos Lodge for the entire month of February 2011. Without a doubt this is truly a luxury property, perhaps the finest we have ever rented worldwide. The location to 2 world class ski area's makes this a perfect retreat for a real VACATION! This home is perfect for large gangs with its seven bedrooms (listed as six) and seven bathrooms. The kitchen lends itself to wanting to eat at home every night, it has all the bells and whistles. We would love to come back again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We were probably the first ones to stay at Taos. We have traveled extensively thru the west and this is by far the finest residence we have ever seen. First class top to bottom. We will return.
