Enjoy the peaceful setting & beautiful views this condo offers. Master bedroom offers one of the preserve. The Guest bedroom offers view of the lake and Palm trees. Dining room window view is that of a park-like setting. It's a short walk through the preserve's boardwalk to the Town Center.

My husband and I moved to Florida (Pelican Preserve) from New Jersey in Dec. 2005. We love the warm weather and enjoy the friends we've made and all the activities Pelican Preserve has to offer. we are permanent residents here and hope our guest enjoy their time here as much as we do.
