2nd Floor end unit: with a common elevator and stairs for your use. The Lanai view has southern exposure & faces the Nature Preserve. Our Preserve has received awards from the Audubon Society. Enjoy the peaceful setting & beautiful views this condo offers. The Master bedroom offers a view of the preserve. The Guest bedroom offers view of the lake and Palm trees. Dining room window view is that of a park-like setting. It's a short walk through the preserve's boardwalk to the Town Center.
Living room, Dining room, & Bedroom sets all new in 2010.. The condo is a 1450 sq. ft. unit has an open floor plan. It has many upgrades, including fans in every room and custom closets. This well appointed condo has everything you need including Internet access in our condo. Just pack your bags and bring your laptop - it's all here waiting for you to enjoy. There is a comfortable sofa and love seat in the living area and a dining table and chairs in the adjoining room. There is a queen size bed, dresser, mirror, two end tables and lamps in both the Master and Guest Bedroom. The den has a full size sleeper-sofa, Internet, desk and chair. There are TV's in the living room, master and guest bedrooms- 42", 19", 12" respectively. Broadband internet is included in your rental fee as well as a landline phone for local phone calls.
Pelican Preserve is a beautiful, friendly, adult- 55+, gated community. Our Town Center offers many amenities. You can enjoy the indoor and out-door pools,inside walking track, sauna and spa. The staffed health and fitness center offer daily classes. We have a computer room, restaurant, Cyber cafe, movie theatre, craft, sewing, and card rooms, woodshop and the list goes on. The golf course is a 27 hole Chip Powell designed course. A Golfing package is not included with this rental, but is available for a fee. We have many managed activities, both on and off campus. Why the Owner Chose Pelican Preserve
We've been vacationing in this area for a few years and decided it was time to buy. Pelican preserve is centrally located. It's just a few minutes from I 75 - exit 136, the Fort Myers International airport, shopping and restaurants, However, once you've entered our community you forget that that the other world exist.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Beautiful views, spaciousness, the boardwalk that takes you throught the preserve, all the amenities offered including our own movie house and restaurant.

My husband and I moved to Florida (Pelican Preserve) from New Jersey in Dec. 2005. We love the warm weather and enjoy the friends we've made and all the activities Pelican Preserve has to offer. We are permanent residents here and hope our guest enjoy their time here as much as we do.
