Why the Owner Chose Anthem
Over the years we have found ourselves spending more and more time in Arizona. We fell in love with the Anthem area because it offers so many activities that appeal to the youngest and oldest among us, in a place that we feel comfortable, and at home.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our family are avid golfers and we love being able to tee it up in February! Of course being able to wake up every morning to the mountains of Arizona, grab and cup of coffee and take an early morning swim in the private pool doesn't hurt either!

We love the active lifestyle in our home state of Colorado...but, the winters can get pretty long and we often find ourselves enjoying some R&R in Arizona! Anthem was a natural choice for our family.

We stayed at this home for two weeks in January/February. The listing photos are accurate and the house was easy to find, clean and well-maintained. It had a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, comfortable beds and plenty of towels and linens. We had the pool heated which allowed us to use it almost every day we were there. The neighborhood is quiet but close to shopping and restaurants. We had a couple of questions while we were there that the owners took care of promptly. Thanks, Red and Julie for a great time! We hope to return soon and would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great stay in your welcoming home. It had everything we needed and the pool was great! So nice having a grocery store and Starbucks right down the road.

This was our first time to Arizona. We really enjoyed it and will come back again. Staying at this house certainly added to our enjoyable time. Property was first class, well-appointed and comfortable. It is clean and well-maintained.
