Beautifully decorated, single level private home with private play pool. Quiet cul-del-sac street in a small community development.

Master bedroom split floor plan. Master has a queen size pillow-top mattress with a large private bath, double sinks, garden tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. 2nd guest room has a queen size pillow-top mattress and is adjacent to 2nd bath. 3rd guest room has 2 twin beds in trundle day bed.

We are conveniently located just south of Chandler Blvd and 48th Street. Our home is close to many restaurants and shopping is minutes away. Several golf courses, hiking trails and casinos are located close by. We are walking distance to Pecos Park which includes a dog park, walking trail, skateboard park and picnic areas.
