Alberto's Lakeview Retreat is located in Geneva-on-the-Lake in Ashtabula County, Ohio, one block from the world famous strip. Take a step outside and you are just two houses from beautiful Lake Erie, complete with your own private beach. If you walk down our private road, you will enter a quiet, secluded neighborhood. Yet our cottage is within walking distance of restaurants and all of the attractions on the Strip.
Alberto's is a completely remodeled 4-bedroom cottage with two full bathrooms. It will sleep up to 4 adults and 4 children. Two upstairs bedrooms have bunk beds which creates a kid-friendly atmosphere. The first floor master bedroom has a queen-size bed as does the bedroom upstairs. There is a full bath on each floor. The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. Our glassed-in sun porch is a great place for the family to gather to relax and watch the ebb and flow of Lake Erie. The full basement has a washer and dryer as well as an additional refrigerator, beach toys, and beach towels for your use. All of your bed and bath linens are provided along with paper products. All kitchen dishes and utensils are new.
We are sure that your stay at Alberto's will be delightful. All the comforts of home are provided!
If you have more than eight people in your party, please contact us. Some of our close neighbors also rent their cottage. You may be able to rent an additional cottage on our road.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Memorial Day to June 30,2012--$1300/week + 8% bed tax (Sat to Sat)
June 30, 2012 to July 7, 2012--$1700/week + 8% bed tax
July 7, 2012 to Sept. 9, 2012--$1500/week + 8% bed tax (Sat. to Sat.)
Week and weekend rentals available before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.
A $400 deposit is required to hold your dates.
This deposit includes the refundable $200 security deposit.
Full payment is due 60 days before the date of rental.

We had an AMAZING time on our girls weekend...the house was everything...if not more than what we expected!! looked better in person than the pictures!! :) we had everything we needed right there...the location is great too!! right on the main strip and close enough for walking to all the fun bars and shops!! thanks so much for allowing us to spend the weekend in your home! we are already planning another girls weekend and would like to make it a yearly trip!! :)

A group of coworkers and I spent a weekend in this house and it was FANTASTIC! It is so close to the lake, and without knowing the main strip is so close (which was nice for everyone to do their own thing). I had never been to Geneva on the Lake in the summer before, I will definately be back. Thank you for sharing your house with us, great memories were made.
