Michael Bailey is the developer of the Trade Winds Condotel and is still an owner. Michael was born in the UK and lived in Canada for a number of years years before first visiting the island of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands in 1986.
Why the Owner Chose Grace Bay
Because I am a permanent resident of the islands and for many years maintain a holiday home before developing the Trade Winds Condotel.
