A two minute walk to the ocean, this comfortable studio is ideal for a couple but will work for a family of three. Marble floors, granite counter tops, well lit and cheery, this affordable rental has everything you need for a short or extended beach holiday, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and fishing poles on request.
Small but well equipped, there is a wicker chaise lounge and an easy chair, a vanity/desk, a 37 inch flat panel TV and a radio. It features a tray ceiling with a decorative fan, walk-in closet, available roll-away cot, dresser, iron and ironing board, ice bucket and welcome bottle of wine!
The kitchenette has counter top seating for two, and includes a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, toaster oven, hotplate, coffeemaker, blender, and basic kitchen utensils. All that you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, a beach picnic, or even dinner for two. Better yet, grill fresh fish on the outdoor grill!
Built in 2005, this separate Mother-In-Law Suite has a private rear entrance reached via a side walkway, all on the ground level.

We have been year round residents of Vero Beach, FL since 1994. We were drawn to the area because of the lovely tranquil beaches, good restaurants, walking and biking paths, cultural activities and just that comfortable feel. We hope that our guests can experience the relaxing setting that we never take for granted.

We enjoyed our stay at Kate and Paul's little getaway studio apartment. It's well appointed, clean and has a great location just a short walk from the beach. We were quite comfortable while we were there and Kate and Paul were helpful and nice. We got to see the space shuttle launch from the beach!

Small, but very comfortable and well equipped. Wonderful location with a short walk to the beach in a great neighborhood and close to downtown Vero. Owners very nice, accommodating and gave us complete privacy and also provided us with good weather! We would definitely stay there again.

A great value. Quiet, clean studio, nonobtrusive property owner/neighbor. Beautiful private beach yet very near (1/4 mi) well maintained public beach and facilities. Listing description was very accurate. Minimal cooking appliances and no laundry facilities on-site. Wide variety of eateries in Vero Beach and my wife and I had a good time on our one rainy day at the coin laundry; she sang "...hey big spender..." to me as I stood outside the laundry smoking a big cigar. All in all a great vacation.
