Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Summer: (June 1st through Sept) $800/week $125 a night (3 night minimum)
Spring & Fall (April-May & Oct.-Nov) $550/week or $105 a night. (2 night minimum)
Winter (December through March) $650/week $110 a night. (2 night minimum)
A one time cleaning fee of $60. is charged for less than a week booking.
Rates based on 4-6 people. Call regarding extra people.
A $100 booking fee (non-refundable) at time of reservation and the
remainder of the fee is due paid in full 2 weeks before occupancy.

We have been coming to this area for years and just love it. Our married children and their families are looking forward to the chance to come more often. You can't find a more beautiful place than this area!!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
It is located halfway between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. You are right next to the Petoskey State Park and you are within walking distance of the beach. The park has 2 miles of beaches and lots of walking/hiking trails. You are only about 5 miles to all the shopping districts, harbors with marinas and ski areas.
