This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit is approximately 1100 square feet, with a fully equipped kitchen, 14-foot ceilings, towels/linens, a welcoming lobby, great neighbors, a 12-unit laundry room, and a large central courtyard. It is just one block from the subway (F and G trains), 5 minutes to downtown Manhattan, and steps from delis, cafes, and parks. It is the perfect residence for professionals looking for an easy commute, couples seeking a hip and fun neighborhood, or families looking for a comfortable and kid-friendly place to call home.

This is NOT a party house. It is a family-friendly building on a residential tree-lined block. Please keep voices and footsteps low when entering late at night.
Smoking Policy: There is absolutely NO smoking in the apartment or outside in the courtyard.
Allergy Alert: Our loft is home to 2 sweet French Bulldogs. If you have dog allergies our home is probably not for you.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel within 60 days for a full refund or 30 days for 50% refund. If we book the dates you will be refunded 100%.
