Smoking Policy: There is absolutely NO smoking in the apartment or outside in the courtyard.
Allergy Alert: Our loft is home to 2 sweet French Bulldogs. We professionally clean before your arrival, but if you have dog allergies our home is probably not for you.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel within 60 days for a full refund or 30 days for 50% refund. If we book the dates you will be refunded 100%.

We moved to Carroll Gardens a few years ago when we had our son. It is a hip, young, walkable, restaurant-dense, and family-friendly neighborhood—and we can't say enough good things about it!
