People enjoy this property because it's close to the city but features a fabulous view of the Great Outdoors and the Spokane River as it leaves town heading West. There's a bus stop right out front that'll carry you to Downtown Spokane which is great because there's less hassle with parking. Some folks enjoy the short walk to town through the beautiful neighborhood of large old trees and architecturally stunning homes from the past. On the way to the museum you can stop for coffee or enjoy lunch at either of the two local establishments. In the evenings, it's a short taxi ride to or from downtown.

Stayed at this gem of a place while in Spokane attending our daughter's college graduation. The whole experience was great! The condo location and the layout of the rooms were fabulous! Loved the neighborhood (great for morning jogs), the view of the river from the balcony, and it's close proximity to downtown. We were traveling with my husband's parents, so we especailly appreciated having a separate living and dining room area. Was perfect for visiting, catching up, playing games (bring your own) and just relaxing. We found ourselves wishing we could stay longer. We highly recommend this condo. In fact, if we ever have need for Spokane lodging again, this property will be our first choice.

Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.
The condo is in a great location 3 minutes to downtown. The views are amazing as you look down the cliff you see the river winding its way down it is truly beautiful. There are pubs and grocery stores near by which you can walk to which makes it really convenient. I would highly recomended it if you want to stay minutes to downtown but want the beauty of mother nature in a great neighborhood.

About the owner: We brought the family here to enjoy the quality of life that this area provides. With the kids grown and still living in the general area, we enjoy a bit of traveling to other areas, so we felt that the condo deserved to have some company now & then. We have enjoyed all these years living here where there's boating three seasons and skiing for one. Great place to raise a family.
Why the Owner Chose Spokane:
We moved to North Idaho 20 years ago to enjoy the gorgeous natural beauty of Sandpoint , Lake Pend Oreille and the surrounding area. Soon after that, we started poking around Spokane and enjoy the balance of the country not too far from the city of Spokane. We go there for Theatre, shopping, restaurants, sporting events and more. We also like that it's close to the airport so if we fly in late or need to leave early, we can stay at the condo.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
When we travel, we always look for a room with a view first, which is why we love this unit. In the Summer, there's a great little pool area and recreation room, but inside the condo is cozy & warm; nicely furnished and comfortable. We enjoy walking to town for lunch at the Spokane Club and stopping at the park on the way back.
