This luxury home is located in the Paraiso Del Mar Resort on the Sea of Cortez. It is the only house through VRBO that is truly on the ocean and considered "beach front." This home is a paradise for golfing, diving, fishing, and boating!

Paraiso Del Mar is a world class resort. The resort contains an Arthur Hill golf course, voted a "Top 5 Best New Course" in 2009. Developer John Fair has set the standard for luxury in other developments. Previous accomplishments include Grace Bay Club, Turks and Caicos, and Auberge at Esperanza, Los Cabos. This waterfront casa is in a neighborhood of individual homes overlooking the Arthur Hills golf course, the pristine beach and landscaped open space. The swimming pool is conveniently located in the neighborhood. The neighborhood has its own Beach Club staffed with an attendant, umbrellas for shade and comfortable beach chairs. Convenient parking for electric cars and golf carts at the Beach Club are available. Walking paths and trails lead to the beach and meander throughout the neighborhood. Overall, great trip to Mexico. We loved the house. Usually we go to Cabo. Cabo has more nightlife and a younger crowd. We are used to that but wanted to try La Paz. La Paz is a quaint city, not a tourist town. It has decent and very affordable restaurants. But it is not Cabo in terms of nightlife. The house at Paraiso was great. We had too much space... should have brought some more friends with us. We tried golf and it was pretty darn good at the new course. Having the beach just out the back patio was very special. My wife saw whales a number of times. Make sure to plan a fishing trip. We did a full day and it was a do again. Boats leave out of La Paz.

Seattle was cold this winter! We needed a warm weather getaway. This house provided just the place for an amazing beach vacation. We brought our daughter and her husband with us for a full week at Paraiso Del Mar. The house was very comfortable and well furnished. Clean and new! It takes about 10 minutes on the water ferry to get to the town of la paz from the development. No big deal but worth mentioning. We are coming back next year for more fishing and beach time. Make sure to bring good tequila for your margaritas (lots of good choices in Mexican stores)

we have been coming down the baja a lot over the years. we've tried cabo, loreto and la paz, among other places. our stay at this house outside of la paz was one of the best! 1. brand new home. 2. on the beach. 3. golf course was excellent. 4. the house had satellite tv 5. the pools were good
