The Unique Benefits of this House
This waterfront casa is in a neighborhood of individual homes overlooking the Arthur Hills golf course, the pristine beach and landscaped open space. The swimming pool is conveniently located in the neighborhood. The neighborhood has its own Beach Club staffed with an attendant, umbrellas for shade and comfortable beach chairs. Convenient parking for electric cars and golf carts at the Beach Club are available. Walking paths and trails lead to the beach and meander throughout the neighborhood. Along with the gated entrance to the community, the neighborhood has its own private security. Shuttle service to and from the neighborhood is provided for easy access to the golf and country club, tennis courts, pool, and public dock.
