  Love, Love, Loved Casa del sol, and Delray Beach. We were there for the first 2 weeks of April and the owner David was so gracious and extremely accommodating which made our trip even more fantastic. We toyed with the idea of renting a car when we got there, but discovered we didn`t need one at all. The restaurants, shopping, activities, and the beach were all within walking distance, plus we liked the exercise. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for next year. It`s not hard to recommend Casa del sol, the property and all the amenities were just perfect. Thanks David for the memories, see you soon................R & H

  ' Our incredible month at Casa Del Sol exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The home is beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you could possibly need, with tropical views out each window throughout the house, which is airy and bright. The outdoor living room, with paths to hidden gems, is absolutely delightful, takes your breath away. As you meander along the paths, you discover unique features everywhere, and at night the lights are truly magical. The highlight are the owners and manager, who are so attentive, friendly, helpful, and made us feel as though we were family, while maintaining a tremendous amount of privacy for us. It was a month that we will treasure forever, and hope to have many more treasured visits. Just outstanding !!!!!!!

  This is a lovely vacation property; spotlessly clean, comfortable and welcoming. Everything you could possibly need is supplied and David, Custer and Russ are on hand to help and advise. The boys have 5 lovely little dogs that are well trained and delightful, They are not allowed to bother guests, but interacting with them became a big part of our holiday and added to our overall enjoyment of the property as we looked forward to seeing them in the garden when they were allowed out. The pool and gardens are beautifully kept with a 'chill out' area in the middle as well as a table and chairs for eating and a shady place to doze on a lounger. Oh and don't forget the cute swing on the porch for a quiet read or a sneaky cigar. The house is also within an easy and pleasant 15 mins walk from fabulous Atlantic Avenue with its many restaurants and shops and Pineapple Grove. If you are thinking of visiting Delray Beach you can't do better than Casa del Sol.

  It is difficult to know where to begin describing this rental! First of all the booking process with Custer was wonderful. He was so helpful and friendly. David (the homeowner) was there to welcome us even though we had a late arrival. He and his brother are super sweet and considerate. The property itself is amazing! The pictures are accurate but no photograph can do this property justice. It is super clean, beautiful, and very welcoming. Everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips. The beach is a very short drive away and beautiful as well. We found it difficult to leave the property to visit the beach. The pool is wonderful. The property is very pet friendly as are the owners. Our toy poodle was in heaven. He roamed in the fenced in property all day. The owners also have the most beautiful yorkies. I could not imagine staying anywhere else in Delray Beach. In fact, we intend to make this our vacation destination each year. Thanks to the owners for everything. You were amazing!

  We had a wonderful stay at "Casa Del Sol"! They have everything ready that you can think of or left behind. They brought the paper over every day and were more than accommodating when needed. The pool area is BEAUTIFUL and RELAXING. Great memories...Thank you!

  everything was as described,very fully equipped, hosts were very pleasant and most helpful,and their little dogs were also cute.This is very convenient to all the action in downtown Delray Beach. The Casa was very clean and cosy .I recommend this location very highly.

  We stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved everything! We couldn't ask for a better location or a more clean, comfortable and happy stay. Casa de Sol is tucked away in a a quiet nieghborhood but just a short walk to all the fun of Atlantic Ave. If you are not at the beach, you'll love relaxing in the pool or enjoying the beautiful backyared. Everything you need is here. David, his brother Russ and Custer made the stay here absolutely 5 stars. We would definitely stay here again.

  My week at Casablanca Del Sol was wonderful. The home was charming and comfortable. It had every thing you could ever imagine needing and more. David and his brother were extremely accommodating and gracious. The gardens were beautiful and the pool sublime. The town of Del Ray beach is hip and fun and the beach is lovely. A great trip!

  The owner was very flexible and let us have a two night rental. What a beautiful spot!! The house was tastefully decorated and clean, not to mention the background which was an oasis. The kitchen was well stocked and you had the use of a barbecue in the backyard. We enjoyed our visit immensely!! Would not hesitate to rent again. Thank you very much.

  Casa del Sol was everything and more than described. The home was comfortable, clean and well-cared for and the gardens and pool in the back were unbelievable. Everywhere that you looked you could see the owner's attention to detail from the beautiful orchids to the pristine pool. The pictures, while accurate, cannot depict how nice this property is in reality. My husband and I just returned from a week stay at Casa del Sol and I would go back today were I able. Not only was the property beautiful, but our correspondence with the owner prior to arrival was good. This property is pet friendly and our dog Manny fit right in. We always use Home Away in our travels and have never been disappointed, but, this property exceeded our expectations. Not only would I recommend this property to others but I hope to return there sooner rather than later. With beautiful Delray Beach at your doorstep, you cannot go wrong if you stay at Casa del Sol.

  We LOVE Casa Del Sol. This is our second year here and we plan on returning every year-that is how much we enjoy our stay here and this wonderful little hidden gem. It is difficult to capture the beauty of the outdoor living area where we spend most of the time when we are not out and about at the beach or the wonderful happening downtown Atlantic Avenue. It is difficult to explain the many reasons why we love this place so much because there are so many, but at the top of the list would have to be the sheer beauty of the outdoor garden and pool area which includes a covered sitting area. The perfect place to relax, read a book, drink some coffee, have a cocktail. As much as we like to be out & about in Delray Beach, it is often difficult to leave this wonderful outdoor oasis. The location of Casa Del Sol is also a big plus as it is close enough to walk to downtown which eliminates any stress in finding sometimes hard to find parking spaces. The walk is also nice because it allows you the opportunity to view the historic Lake Ida neighborhood and the older homes that make up this little area. Another plus in walking up town is the opportunity to do some window shopping in the Pineapple Grove district that has many little great shops and cafes. Far enough away from the bustling downtown but close enough to walk, the location is perfect. The owner of Casa Del Sol does a wonderful job of keeping this rental property both clean and well-maintained. The pool out back is always sparkling, the indoor living area is tidy and the little extras provided are more then adequate. If you've never been to Delray Beach, then you cannot imagine the endless things there are to do both here and within a short drive of here in Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach. We never run out of things to do. Art Galleries, cafes, great restaurants, fabulous beaches and a wonderful downtown-it's all right here. Our favorites include The Boys Market (fabulous foods including meats, seafood, gourmet cheeses, and a bakery second to none), The Green Market (Saturdays 8am-1pm) where locals sell produce, art and a variety of other things, Delray Cruises, a wonderful little cruise that goes down the intercoastal where you can glimpse the beautiful mansions and get some history on the people who live here and the history of this area. There is an endless array of things to do. But the very best thing about being here is Casa Del Sol and the people who make it what it is.

  As you turn onto the circular driveway, you soon realize you have found something special. Walking up the walk to the front door is like entering a southern paradise. You enter the front door and quickly discover the beautiful decor and the cleanliness of the property. Every room is bright and airy. The kitchen is fully stocked and immaculate. The best surprise comes as you enter the back yard paradise. The patio is outlined with beautiful flowers and clean white tile. The patio furniture is beautiful. The crystal clear water of the pool is so inviting. This property is close to the beach and downtown Delray where you will find many art galaries, plenty of shopping and the best restaurants to fulfill any appetite. The photos on this website do not do the property justice. The folks at Casa DelSol are so considerate and always ready to answer your questions. They are quick to recommend some of the finest places to visit while you are in Delray. This is the type of property that you would be happy to recommend to family or friends. Casa DelSol is definitely the hidden jewel in South Florida. We have been coming to South Florida for approximately 20 years but have never found a location quite like this. We will be coming to Casa DelSol for the forseeable future. It is so nice to have a place that feels like home. Just put your feet up and enjoy!!

  Casa del Sol felt like home the instant we were warmly welcomed by its owner. The house is classy, comfortable, and ideally located. We were there for a month, spending every minute possible outside lounging in the beautifully landscaped, private pool/covered patio area, taking full advantage of the wi-fi -- even at night when we enjoyed the enchanting backyard lighting. The house is an easy walk to Atlantic Avenue and dozens of great restaurants. The owner is laid back, helpful, friendly, and accommodating, and we had great fun getting to know him. This is truly a terrific property, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you Dave and friends!

  description conforme.propreté,gentillesse et acceuil sans faille.un point d'honneur aux proprietaires(et leurs amis) qui ont tout fait pour faciliter nos vacances.belle piscine et tres beau jardin.les enfants ont adoré l'endroit et nous aussi.... la maison est proche du centre et des commodités(supermarchés a 3 blocks),ocean a 5 mn en voiture .d'habitude peu enclins a la vie communautaire nous avons adoré partager la vie de la famille spanbauer merci+++++

  We just returned from a week's stay at Casa del Sol and didn't want to leave. It was our first time in Delray Beach and the first time we stayed in a guest house on vacation. We loved it! The owner is gracious and warm, the backyard is a gorgeous oasis, the pool was just perfect and we were just blocks from Atlantic Avenue. The guest house is great; we had everything we needed in the kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom. And we loved walking out the bedroom door to the resort-like backyard and pool! We met some great people and we will be back!

  My husband and I stayed 5 nights at the Casa Del Sol. The owners were so kind and the place was absolutely beautiful. Their attention to detail is reminiscent of something out of Home and Gardens magazine. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found this jewel and hope to stay there on return trips to Delray.

  We were lucky enough to stay at this wonderful cottage in February. We loved the friendly owner and his guests and most of all the puppies on the property. Its a comfortable cottage and within walking distance to town and the beach. The backyard garden is landscaped beautifully. We hope to come back some day. Diane and Jerry

  My kids and I stayed here and this was my first experience ever staying at someone's else house....well, I'm spoiled and can't imagine anyone else living up to this. The house was wonderful and has everything we needed. The amenities were great and the people was awesome!!!! I highly recommend staying here.
