We rented this condo for 5 weeks recently 2011/12. The condo is spacious, clean and very well-maintained with all the amenities you will ever need. A home away from home. The complex is beautifully landscaped, and the area is quiet and at close proximity to stores, restaurants and other attractions, however, you do need a car to get around. We truly enjoyed our stay. The owners were a delight to deal with. We highly recommend this condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

We have enjoyed this delightful condo several times. It is well appointed, well equipped, always clean and is located in one of the best locations within the beautiful complex. Comfort and easy living make it so enjoyable . . . we have adopted it as our home-away-from-home! The owners are such a pleasure to deal with and are so helpful and gracious. Stayed at this property Jan/Feb 2011 and it was great. The condo is very clean and has all the facilities you need. It is a few yards from two pools, excellent views from the patios, quiet, and relaxing. It,s location makes it one of the best units at Mesquite. Owners pleasant and helpful.
