It is Located on Peak Seven of the Breckenridge ski area at the base of the Independence Superchair lift which is just steps from the lodge – providing access to the entire Breckenridge Ski Area. Grand Lodge on Peak 7 provides exceptional slope-side accommodations with amenities far superior to any. You will be staying in Unit # 1109 A, and/or B, which are on the 1st floor walking out approximately 100 hundred feet to the Independence Superchair lift.
Just outside the door of this Luxury Condo, only steps away is the Breck-Connect Gondola for a FREE ride to Peak 8 skiing or to The Perfect Little Mountain Town of Breckenridge. Breckenridge fills your senses with its cultural heritage and Victorian atmosphere . This thriving community host a variety of excellent world class restaurants, art galleries and cultural events
Within a couple hundred yards is a Trail head which provides many miles of fantastic wilderness snowshoeing & back country skiing. The Breckenridge Nordic center is only a mile away providing cross country skiing trails.
Walk out your door and ski to the Super Chair within only a few feet. Also just outside your door are the outdoor pools and hot tubs, and if you wish without going outside you have access to wonderful spas, pools and hot tubs.

Why the Owner Chose Grand Lodge on Peak 7
Our Children & Grandchildren love skiing the GL7 peak 7 slopes and then to have the opportunity to enjoy all the other various activities of the resort and the Breckenridge area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Besides the fantastic skiing on peak 7 we really enjoy the fantastic exercise facilities and the Grotto indoor Hot pool with its fantastic warm falls, and of course the steam room and Sauna. We also enjoy the Sevens Rest/Bar.

We are Roger & Dixie. We have 5 children, 4 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Our 5 year old great-granddaughter loves it at GL7.
