The 1,700 sq. ft. expanded villa boasts two master bedrooms each with Heavenly King-sized beds, two upgraded remodeled master baths, convenient powder room, laundry, gourmet kitchen,(granite, stainless, etc.), lounge area, dining room with everything needed for an elegant dinner party or simple meal.
Both bedrooms have private lanai with amazing views. This is one of the few two-bedroom villas that has absolutely no stairs, a real plus when managing luggage, etc. Free and easy parking right outside the door.

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised, even though we knew from the Home Away description that the view, the grounds and the vila was going to be great. The description and photos just can't explain how beautiful this vila is and how relaxing it is to stay there. The owner was helpful and everything that was provided was very beneficial. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family. We hope to visit this beautiful property again in the future. We loved Hula Grill and Merriman's. The sunsets were wonderful!.

Your villa was absolutely beautiful and made our stay so nice. It had everything we could possibly need (and more). We would definitely like to stay at your villa the next time we come to Maui! The listing description and photos did not do the property justice. It was much nicer than the pictures showed! We all had a wonderful time! During our stay we especially enjoyed snorkeling and swimming with the turtles. The Hula Grill was so good we ate there twice! I would definitely recommend this property!!

You walk in the front door and wow! You see a great expanse of beautiful Maui shoreline. Everything is better than the pictures. We were looking for something other than a condominium and "had to settle" for this wonderful place. The villas were incredible and very tastefully done. This is a real value.

We can only reiterate what the other reviews have said. This is a beautiful home, furnished with thought and care to provide everything one needs in a "home away from home". While it is true that there are three flat screen TVs, we found the incredible, ever changing views from the lanai to be far superior to anything on the airwaves. The wonderful breezes and sound of the surf were the perfect additions to the views. We loved being on the top floor, with no noises from above. The location is superb, parking is at the door and the pool is a short walk away, as is access to the waterfront trail leading to the various beaches. The little store nearby has all the necessities, from papers and groceries to baguettes and coffee, as well as cooked breakfast and lunch, and the Ritz Carlton is a short walk away for lunch at their oceanfront cafe by the beach or great sushi at the hotel. Also within walking distance are the Pineapple Grill and Merriman's, two of Maui's best restaurants. In short, we found this to be the perfect place to stay, and agree with the other guests that we have been spoiled for the future...did we mention that within a minute of entering the water we found ourselves snorkeling next to a beautiful sea turtle? The owner is wonderful to deal with and gave us much information which contributed to a great stay - we recommend this place without reservation!

After four nights at the Halekulani in Honolulu and two at the St. Regis on Kauai, we were prepared for a nice but "rental" property -- but were just delighted with this condo for our six-night stay. As nice as the photos are, they hardly do justice to this lovely place. And the breezes -- oh my! We quickly turned off the A/C (and we love A/C!) to enjoy the fresh air both day and evening. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathrooms are elegant and spacious, the wifi works well... and we remarked on the quality of the cleaning. Spotless! While Kapalua is an hour from Kahului/airport and a distance from Maui's most popular attractions, we'd stay here again for the comfort, the terrific views, the general ambience. Even the drive out is beautiful. Lahaina is an easy drive -- we enjoyed the food (and drinks) at Longhi's & Mala, had a great time in the sit-on-cushions section at the Old Lahaina Luau, and loved Ono gelato (locals & friends also recommended Penne Pasta when you're tired of fish). We didn't really use the resort amenities, but we sure did use those chaise lounges in the sunroom area (like an indoor lanai) to nap in the breeze, savor the view... The owner is very responsive and easy to work with (no endless rules -- just general courtesy and common sense). We also appreciated the ease of parking right at the end of the private walk to the door -- and not a single stair to contend with! All in all, an ideal spot for a lovely and relaxing week on Maui.

Our week at the Bay Villa was, as my 10-year old son says, "totally awesome!" My husband was equally as enthusiastic. This was our first time to Maui and I can't imagine it being any more wonderful. Kapalua is amazing and the Bay Villa provides for a 5-star stay. Of special note in the Villa are the heavely beds, HUGE bathrooms and chef's kitchen. The views aren't too bad, either! All rooms are spacious, well-appointed and strike a nice balance between elegant and comfortable. The four beaches within walking distance were interestingly diverse - one was tranquil and quiet, another was a snorker's delight, a third was ideal for a day of boogie boarding and the fourth was well-suited for those looking for a more lively afternoon with a young, energetic crowd. We enjoyed them all! The restaurants in Kapalua were fabulous, too. The Pineapple Grill was our favorite and our sunset dinner at Merriman's was a real treat. We enjoyed grilling steaks right ourside our villa, too. We recommend snorkeing excursions to Molikini and Turtle Town and a casual day trip into Lahaina. And, a luau in Maui is a must - we did the one at the Hyatt - awesome! On the way back to the airport, we stopped at the Maui Aquarium and found it to be a nice way to wrap up our stay. There wasn't anything we didn't just LOVE! Marti and Lars were responsive, gracious and accommodating in the months leading to our trip. Our subsequent conversations leave me feeling as if we've made friends for life. We look forward to returning soon. I strongly recommend the Bay Villa for anyone looking for an elegant home away from home.

The condo is beautiful and very comfortably appointed, and of course the views and location are spectacular. I think that we have been spoiled for future trips. The bays and beaches within walking distance of the condo were all very nice for swimming and snorkeling. We enjoyed the walking and hiking trails as well, and one day took the long hike up the hill on the other side of the highway. My only regret is that we didn't get to try out the boogie boards that you had at the house. Anyway, the time went way too fast and we are looking forward to getting back.
