  As soon as you open the front door to this unit the views of the ocean and neighboring islands will confirm you are going to have a great time. This unit is top of the line and the online pictures, while great, do not tell the whole story. Both bedrooms have balconies, ocean views and are quiet large. The unit is large, clean and in great working order. Parking is right at your front door and the ground level entrance makes moving in and out a breeze. Overall the unit is quiet and has everything your home would have. You cannot beat having coffee and seeing whales playing in the Pacific. The owners are easy to work with and quick to answer questions. We had one minor issue while vacationing here, called the provided numbers and the issue was fixed in less than 24 hours. In summary I would highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting to stay in the Kapalua area. My thanks go out to the owners of this property for providing a high quality rental at reasonable prices. We have stayed in the Napili/Kapalua area every year for the last 10 years, we will come back to this unit next year we had a wonderful time. Mahalo.

  This villa was amazing! So beautiful with amazing views and nice updates everything! It was really windy in this area while we were there so we didn't use the lanais much but the views were incredible and the parking right in front with no stairs was great! The beds were like sleeping on a cloud and all of the amenities were great! We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs and blankets, boogie boards and snorkel gear! And it was great when we could take the shuttle anywhere on the property and not have to worry about finding parking and walking. Easy check in and out and everything we needed inside! Views and everything inside exceeded expectations and pictures. we thought the pineapple grill on site was way overpriced but we found a bunch of local joints that we loved. road to hana was amazing and definetely swim in the caves at the black sand beach! Haleakala sunrise was FREEZING so be prepared. Thanks for this awesome rental! We would definitely stay here again!!!

  Had a fabulous time on our visit to Maui. Your condo was absolutely fabulous - everything we had hoped for and more!!!! You did a great job decorating and omg - what a view!!!! Your housekeepers do a great job as well - everything in its place. We've stayed in so many condos where the dishes were put away wherever they would fit and mismatched at that - we had everything we needed and then some. Attended the Hyundai when they were finally able to play and played a round at the Bay course ourselves. The coastal trail was really nice as well - thank u for the info. Thanks again,

  The view of the ocean and Moloki (I think) as you enter this condo is incomparable! The condo was immaculately clean and all furnishings were tasteful and comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs available, although a few all-weather chairs on the back patio would have been nice. We were frustrated by the inconsistent access to the internet, which appears to be a problem endemic to the island. Our devices repeatedly indicated connection to the wireless router, but "no internet"...rather puzzling and a problem needing to be addressed by the Chamber of Commerce. In general, we were very pleased with this facility and would recommend it highly. Best Breakfast=Sea House; Best Lunch=Cheeseburger Paradise, Lahaina; Best Dinner=Mama's Ribs & Rotesseri (ribs to die for!)

  Owner response: Glad you were able to enjoy your stay in spite of the spotty reception on the point. Such is life when you go off to an island considered a "great escape." Internet access is not high on the Chamber of Commerce's list - preserving reefs, whale habitat and shoreline, yes; island wide internet, not so much. Somehow we manage to stay in touch. I'm sure service will improve with time. Come see us again!

  The place is gorgeous. It's nice, clean, new and the views are better than the pictures show. Would definitely stay here again.

  The reviews for this place are spot on. Everything is top notch, including the breathtaking views. Very well equipped (the kids loved the WII). The boogie boards/sand castle toys, etc were a great bonus too! Very nice grill at the pool which we used to cookout a couple of evenings. It was a little windy while we were there (which was great for riding the waves at the beach right in front of our condo), but a short walk to the more protected Kapalua Beach made it great for snorkeling (saw some awesome sea turtles & lot's of cool fish/coral).   We recently returned from an excellent vacation in Kapalua. This Kapalua Bay Villa condo was pretty, updated, clean, and well maintained. The views were spectacular. The rooms were spacious enough to accomadate our family of 5 and the beaches were also within walking distance. We especially enjoyed our morning walks along the lava rocks. The owner was also very accommadating and responsive.
