Nicolas was extremely easy to communicate with when making the reservation. He was very flexible with our check in and check out time as well. Upoon arrival, his assistant was waiting for us and very punctual when we needed to check out. The apartment was clean and slept 4 people comfortably.

We just got home from NY, and this place was great! The location is really good, very close to the subway station, not far from Manhattan. The neighborhood is really nice, people are friendly and there´s 2 restaurants that you have to try, Peaches and Sarighiana... just fabulous! The apartment is really spacious, clean and cozy. I highly recommend to stay at this place. The owner is very responsible, so you don´t have to worry about anything.

Excellente location dans un quartier très calme à 2 pas du métro ( 15 minutes de Manhattan) Nous y avons passé 10 jours (1 couple et une jeune de 15 ans) très agréables. Excellents contacts avec Nicolas et Chris. Nicolas parle un peu français, cela peut être un plus. Nous retournerons dans cet appartement sans aucun problèmes pour visiter encore une fois cette ville extraordinaire.

We went from Feb 13-23rd 2011. We were so impressed with the property we are already looking at coming back next year. The Villa was very relaxing and extremely clean. felt like we were at a upscale secluded resort, very quiet and peaceful. One of the best parts was the walk to the beach, such a beautiful area! We traveled with our children and they loved waking up in the morning and seeing the dolphins right from the patio. I highly recommend the Villa. Some great restaurants in the immediate area are Splash (towards Playa De Rosarito) and La Fonda. I cannot find authentic food that even comes close!

This condo at Plaza del Mar was very clean, very well kept, tastefully decorated and comfortable. My husband and I went on labor day weekend 2010 and had a great time. the pool area was nice, the whole resort was very quiet. The grounds are well kept and gorgeous and the location couldn't be better. We will absolutely come back to plaza del Mar and this condo in particular. Thanks you!

We had the most incredible time at your condo!!! Thank you. Your condo is so beautiful!! We loved that it was ocean front and right on a cliff over looking the entire pacific. The location made all the difference in the world. It was so clean and had everything we needed. I will gladly recommend your place. My husband and I went for walks on the beach after eating breakfast at la mission almost every morning we just parked our car at lamission and walked a few short steps to the sandy beach .my son went surfing and loved it. The conditions were great. It was also fun for him to be able to launch the kite right on the beach. Your restaurant selections were so helpful too. The food was spectacular and so inexpensive compared to what we’re used to. My kids had the best time snorkeling, and exploring. They have a great shell collection now. We felt so safe too. It was just like being at home. We slept with the big sliding glass doors wide open too. we cooked and BBQ a few different times and we really enjoyed it. It was everything you said it would be. WE’LL BE BACK

jakes penthouse at plaza del mar was a DREAM this year, as always. We went horseback riding on the beach about 5 miles south on the freeway from plaza del mar. we tried out la fonda restaurant AMAZING views and great food.If you haven't already gone to la fonda, be sure you sit outside at sunset. Out of this world. the place had everything we needed Everything was just perfect! it was a pleasure to sit out side on the balcony and watch the dolphines(glad i brought a pair of binaculars)We don't think the pictures do enough justice to this spectacular place!as always I will spread the word around about a lovely penthouse in baja...

"magical place"

For our family, returning to plaza del mar penthouse after spending the day at the beach felt like coming home! Not only did the penthouse live up to its listing, it exceeded our expectations. The property is impeccably maintained and is ideal for people who want to get away and relax. We are a family of four and found that the layout of Casa Calera with its adjoining large patio, made it feel expansive. The view is spectacular and the charm of living in "real Mexico" makes the penthouse a fabulous place to spend some time! We ensenada which is only a short drive away, and will certainly be back. We will recommend this place to anyone fortunate enough to visit this "magical" place

We stayed at this condo for ten days in June 2010 and it was beautiful. Condo was clean, absolutely oceanfront with beautiful views and it was well-stocked. free Internet and long-distance phone as well. The owner sends directions on how to use everything, including password info for the free Internet, ours worked great the whole week, even by the balcony. The location is great because it's halfway between the two cities of rosarito and enenada. we enjoyed the beach and were glad that there were not a lot of people at all on the beach.owner of this condo kindly supplies beach towels. . A car would be a must if you're looking for nightlife or to travel to both cities . la fonda and la mission restaurants are just a couple of minutes drive from the condo. we also cooked and had dinner indoor several nights and ate out on the porch, which was beautiful. The pool is also clean, All in all, this condo is absolutely worth the money if you're looking for a clean, upscale, private experience.

BEST TIME OF OUR LIVES!! Our trip to rosarito this memorial weekend was one we will all never forget! We rented out the Penthouse on memorial weekend The condo was perfect for our group. Clean, comfortable and beautiful! We enjoyed every second of our time staying there and we will be back! The breathtaking ocean views and the amenities our condo had made us all feel right at home. We stayed in Jakes condo for a week at the begining of may 2010. The booking process was smooth and Jake and Molly could not have been more helpful. The location is wonderful. The beach is quiet and beautiful with a large panoramic view - all visible from the condo. The condo itself is very well equipped and conveniently situated on the second floor. It contains everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Thanks, John.

We spent many evenings dining and watching the blue pacific which was so close, we felt like we were in it. The Views are beautiful and your location was superb. My wife, 2 daughters, and I stayed here for one amazing week, and we will certainly be booking here next year. The villa is in the ideal location, it exeeded our expectations, and we especially loved the layout. It was so nice having the beach within a short walking distance! Very good value compared to the hotels in the area. This is a great place to stay if you like being away from the noise of downtown Rosarito. Nice little touches throughout the property that were appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped plus there is a bbq on the patio. We ate on the balcony and enjoyed the view of the ocean as far as the eye could see. Molly was very helpful prior to our arrival as well. I will definately be back!!

Hi Molly, We are back home now and thought I would let you know that we had a wonderful time in the Condo. It was lovely and everything we wanted. We met a lot of nice people there and really enjoyed the condo. Zorita was wonderful to us and helped out a lot. We used the BBQ quite a few times. i would like to recommend this place to everyone. the penthouse was perfecto. clean, stylish, comfortable, well stocked. was really nice to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. the ocean view and sunsets were amazing! you were right Molly we did get to see dolphins. we BBQ-ed had lots of tequilas and enjoyed the starry nights on the big balcony. quite private, away from it all.Yet you are right in between rosarito and ensenada. We got to enjoy both cities. love the fish tacos in ensenada. I will definitely be back.

It was great to be in such a place. It was an incredible experience. It was so relaxing, and peaceful. It is a clean and safe resort. I walked in and I was awed by how it was so clean. They have a full kitchen. It had everything I needed. It is beautifully decorated. The place is as described and more. As you walk out to the balcony the views are amazing. I listened to the waves falling asleep. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing getaway.
