This unit has approximate 889 sq. ft. and appx. 90 sq. ft. of glass balcony with incredible views of the beach. ocean, and the Miami skyline. Floor to ceiling windows, marble floors, European kitchen with granite counter top, fully equipped and stainless steel appliances. 1 Bedroom (king size bed) and 1 1/2 marble bath. Full size washer and dryer inside the unit. This unit is on the 11th floor with spectacular views of the ocean, Intercostal and city views. Master bedroom and living room both have access to the spacious glass balcony. Direct access to the beach from the pool area. Built in 2004. This condo is fabulous! Had a wonderful time. Great view and amenities. The only thing was that the mattress from the sofa bed in the living room was missing. Luckily we always travel with an inflatable bed just in case. Looking forward to renting this property again and again!!!

My husband and I were very disappointed in this unit. Although the view was spectacular the unit itself was not in very good shape. The toilet fixtures were coming out of the walls, the faucet in the master bath was loose, there was a hole in the bedroom wall and the furniture was in terrible disrepair. There is no wifi in the unit and the TV which should have been on the wall in the front room was on the dresser in the bedroom. The kitchen has minimal equipment in it for cooking and it was not very clean when we arrived. The building is wonderful and so are the people but we were not at all happy with the unit we had in the building. We would not rent from Rebeca again.

We had so much fun, very relaxing stay. Right on the beach, and the views are just beyond what you could ever imagine. Everything is close, publix, walgreens, ihop, it's all in walking distance. We couldn't enjoy the bikes because we couldn't find the key but we enjoyed walking. Condo stocked with all the necessary things even towels, coffee, and things to get you started. We plan on returning very soon. Rebecca was very pleasant to work with. Always responded to our questions very well. We'll be back!

Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Great location right on the Beach. Only 10 minute drive to South Beach. Comparitive to 4-5 star resort without the big crowds. Spectacular views from the 11th floor! Pool and jucuzzi were great as well. The Condo was plenty big for my my family of four. It was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The full kitchen and 1 and 1/2 baths was nice as well. Directly across the street from NY Bagel and Deli, Blockbuster Video, Dominos Pizza and just a short walk to Local Markets, Walgreens, and Publix supermarket. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Rebeca, the owner, was extremely responsive and very helpful. We will definately be back for future visits.

Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
